 FAILED PREVIOUS COMMENTS WERE NOT ADDRESSED AS FOLLOWS:
  
 FBC 107 PLEASE PROVIDE ON THE PLAN SPECIFICATIONS TO
 DETAIL THE PROPOSED NEW POOL DECK/CONCRETE SLAB TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CRITERIA AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 SPECIFY THE MINIMUMN CONCRETE COMPRESSIVE PSI STRENGTH,
 THINKNESS, AND REINFORCEMENT OF THE SLAB ON GRADE AND
 FOOTINGS.
  
 SPECIFY THE DIMENSIONS AND REINFORCEMENT OF THE
 FOOTINGS.
  
 R4501.6.1 CONFORMANCE STANDARD.
 DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL BE IN
 CONFORMITY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANSI/NSPI 3;
 ANSI/APSP/ICC 4; ANSI/ APSP/ ICC 5; ANSI/ APSP/ICC 6;
 AND ANSI/APSP 7.
  
 DEMONSTRATE POSITIVE DRAINAGE OF DECK AWAY FROM POOL
 AND HOUSE FOUNDATION.
  
 DEMONSTRATE TERMITE PROTECTION AT HOUSE PERIMETER PER
 FBCR318.1.6
 IF SOIL TREATMENT IS USED FOR SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE
 PREVENTION, CHEMICAL SOIL TREATMENTS SHALL ALSO BE
 APPLIED UNDER ALL EXTERIOR CONCRETE OR GRADE WITHIN 1
 FOOT (305 MM) OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE SIDEWALLS. ALSO,
 A VERTICAL CHEMICAL BARRIER SHALL BE APPLIED PROMPTLY
 AFTER CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED, INCLUDING INITIAL
 LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION/SPRINKLER INSTALLATION. ANY
 SOIL DISTURBED AFTER THE CHEMICAL VERTICAL BARRIER IS
 APPLIED SHALL BE PROMPTLY RETREATED.
  
 R4501.17 RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING BARRIER REQUIREMENT.
 RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOLS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 R4501.17.1 THROUGH R4501.17.3.
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE LATCHING REQUIREMENTS
 FOR THE SCREEN DOOR.
  
 THE CLAIMED VALUE OF $11,900.00 APPEARS LOW FOR THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK. PLEASE RE-ASSESS THE VALUE OR
 DEMONSTRATE HOW THE FIGURE WAS ARRIVED UPON.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
