 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL
 POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 107.3.5..1.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 FLOOR PLAN TO SCALE WITH DIMENSIONS.
 DETAILS FOR DROPPED CEILINGS AND SOFFITS. HOW LOW WILL
 THE DROPPED CEILINGS AND SOFFITS BE FROM FINISH FLOOR.
 WHAT FRAMING MATERIALSS WILL BE USED, WHAT SIZE OR
 GAUGE MATERIALS, AT WHAT CENTERS WILL THE FRAMING
 MEMBERS BE, HOW LONG OF SPANS WILL THE FRAMING MEMBERS
 NEED TO CARRY, WHAT TYPE OF FINISH MATERIALS AND
 THICKNEES WILL BE ON THE FRAMING MEMBERS, WHAT TYPE OF
 ANCHORS WILL BE USED FOR ANCHORING INTO THE WALL
 FRAMING AS WELL AS THE CONCRETE FLOOR CEILING ASSEMBLY.
 DOES THIS BUILDING HAVE A POST-TENSION CABLING FLOOR
 SYSTEM AND IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE X-RAY
 REPORT. AT WHAT DEFLECTION HAS THE DROPPED CEILING AND
 OR SOFFITS BEEN DESIGNED TO AND DOES THIS SYSTEM
 REQUIRE A STIM BACK SYSTEM FOR THE SPANS. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NOT PROVIDED IN THIS REVIEW.
  
 3) NOTED FLOOR UNDERLAYMENT WAS COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT
 15090035 INSPECTED ON 10/18/15 WITH # 143 MISC.
 INSPECTION. NOTE A 104 FINAL WILL NEED TO BE CALLED IN
 OTHERWISE THIS PERMIT WILL EXPIRE AND HAVE TO BE
 RENEWED!!!!
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
