 SIDEWALK IN ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
 2. CIVIL DRAWINGS NEEDED.
 3. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS NEEDED.
 4. LANDSCAPE PERMIT WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.
 5. PROVIDE DETAILS ON TREATMENT OF THE ARTIFICIAL TURF
 ALONG THE EXISTING TREE.
 6. PROVIDE DETAILS ON DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 7. FENCE ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT BE
 WITHIN THE MINIMUM SETBACK OF 12 FEET. BE ADVISED THAT
 A HEDGE SHALL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE
 FENCE.
 8. PROVIDE DETAILS ON OUTDOOR LIGHTING, INCLUDING
 PHOTOMETRIC. BE ADVISED THAT LIGHTING SHALL NOT PROJECT
 BEYOND PROPERTY LINES.
