 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 PER THE FBC CHAPTER 6 ASSEMBLY (NON-SEPARATED).
 PLEASE NOTE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT DECLARED
 WHAT CLASSIFICATION TYPE OF OCCUPANCY, THIS APPEARS TO
 BE AN OCCUPANCY TYPE A2, SEE 2014 FBC-B 303.3.
  
 THE OTHER ISSUE DECLARING ASSEMBLY NON-SEPARATED PER
 CHAPTER 6 WOULD BE THE WRONG CODE SECTION FOR
 NON-SEPARATED USE. THE OTHER OCCUPANCY HAS NOT BEEN
 DECLARED.

 NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY
 CLASSIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 302.1. THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE SHALL APPLY TO EACH PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING BASED ON THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 OF THAT SPACE. IN ADDITION, THE MOST RESTRICTIVE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 9 WHICH APPLY TO THE NONSEPARATED
 OCCUPANCIES SHALL APPLY TO THE TOTAL NONSEPARATED
 OCCUPANCY AREA.
  
 1B) UNDER BOTH HEADINGS OF NOTES AND LOAD SCHEDULES,
 WIND DESIGN THE PLANS WERE DESIGNED TO A WIND EXPOSURE
 OF ?B?. TO BOTH THE WEST AND EAST THERE ARE VECTORS
 THAT MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SURFACE ROUGHNESS
 C.FBC-B 1609.4.2. OPEN TERRAIN WITH SCATTERED
 OBSTRUCTIONS HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30 FEET
 (9144 MM). THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES FLAT OPEN COUNTRY,
 AND GRASSLANDS. THIS SURFACE ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY
 TO ANY BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN SURFACE ROUGHNESS B TYPE
 TERRAIN WHERE THE BUILDING IS WITHIN 100 FEET (30 M)
 HORIZONTALLY IN ANY DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS C OR D-TYPE TERRAIN THAT EXTENDS MORE THAN
 600 FEET (182.9 M) IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION AND A WIDTH
 GREATER THAN 150 FEET (46 M). PLEASE UPDATE THE WIND
 EXPOSURE TO AN C EXPOSURE AS WELL AS UPDATE THE
 PRESSURES FOR ALL BUILDING WIND ZONES 1-5, ALL ARE LOW,
 PLEASE ALSO REVIEW TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTOR
 FOR BUILDING HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE .

 BUILDING RISK CATEGORY WAS HAND WRITTEN IN PLEASE

 THIS REVIEW WILL OCCUR UNDER. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 HAS NOT INDICATED TO WHAT METHOD CODE COMPLIANCE WAS
 CONSIDERED. 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 301.1 GENERAL.
 THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION
 OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1
 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 APPLICATION OF A METHOD SHALL BE THE SOLE BASIS FOR
 ASSESSING THE COMPLIANCE OF WORK PERFORMED UNDER A
 SINGLE PERMIT UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE CODE
 OFFICIAL. SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE
 APPLIED IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER. WHERE THIS CODE
 REQUIRES CONSIDERATION OF THE SEISMIC FORCE-RESISTING
 SYSTEM OF AN EXISTING BUILDING SUBJECT TO REPAIR,
 ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR RELOCATION
 OF EXISTING BUILDINGS, THE SEISMIC EVALUATION AND
 DESIGN SHALL BE BASED ON SECTION 301.1.4 REGARDLESS OF

 REQUIREMENT FOR SOILS TESTING. THIS AREA IS IN A
 QUESTIONABLE SOILS ZONE.
 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 2)SHEET 18F APPEARS TO BE THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE DOORWAYS THAT ARE TO BE THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS. SHEET 09-A THE ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO HAVE A SLAT
 SYSTEM OVER THE OPENINGS IN THE WALLS AND THE ONLY

 I-BEAMS. SHEET 11-A INDICATES INFILL WITH (2) 2X12S AND
 ? INCH BOLTS. THE BOLT SPACING HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED
 NOR THE DIAMETER OF THE HOLE IN THE STEEL.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5B) THE OTHER ISSUE IS THE CONNECTION OF THE I-BEAM TO
 THE STEEL COLUMN, THE PLANS INDICATE A CONTINUOUS WELD,
 BUT THE TYPE OF WELD NOT PROVIDED. THIS WILL BE A SITE
 CONNECTION, PLEASE HAVE THE WELDERS CERTIFICATE ON SITE
 FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF INSPECTION. 107.2.1.3.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 THIS CONNECTION WILL BE PART OF THE MWFRS (MAIN WIND
 FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
