  A. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE (EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED).
  
  D. PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE (EXISTING AND PROPOSED).
  
  E. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED,
 ETC. FOR EXISTING AND PROPOSED)
  
  F. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR) (EXISTING AND PROPOSED).
  
 2. SITE PLAN SHALL INDICATE THE FLOOR AREA FOR THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION.
  
 3. LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AT THE ENDS OF PARKING ROWS SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH, AS MEASURED
 FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CURB. BASED UPON CONVERSATION
 WITH JON SCHMIDT, THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS ARE GOING
 TO BE MADE:
  
  A. IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF BUILDING A, THE EASTERN-MOST
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND WILL BE EXPANDED TO AT LEAST FIVE (5)
 FEET IN WIDTH BY CONVERTING ONE (1) PARKING SPACE INTO
 A COMPACT SPACE (8 FEET WIDE).
  
  B. IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, THE
 ROW OF FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES WILL BE SHIFTED IN A
 WESTERLY DIRECTION TO PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE ISLAND OF AT
 LEAST FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH ADJACENT TO AUSTRALIAN
 AVENUE.
  
  C. THE ROW OF PARKING ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
 OF BUILDING "C" WILL BE SHIFTED IN AN EASTERLY
 DIRECTION TO CREATE A LANDSCAPE AREA ALONG THE
 FOUNDATION OF THE FORMER GARAGE.
  
 4. PLEASE EVALUATE THE CURRENT CONDITION OF THE DOOR
 EXISTING THE NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING "A" INTO THE
 PARKING SPACE. A CAR PARKED IN THE SPACE MAY PREVENT
 THIS DOOR FROM BEING UTILIZED AND COULD BE A POTENTIAL
 SAFETY HAZARD. IF SO, ADJUSTMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE
 ACCORDINGLY.
