  C. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE (EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED).
  
  D. PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE (EXISTING AND PROPOSED).
  
  E. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED,
 ETC. FOR EXISTING AND PROPOSED)
  
  F. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR) (EXISTING AND PROPOSED).
  
 2. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. SITE PLAN SHALL INDICATE THE SETBACKS, DIMENSIONS,
 FLOOR AREA, ETC. FOR THE PROPOSED ADDITION.
  
 4. THE GATE UTILIZED FOR THE DUMPSTER SCREENING SHALL
 CONSIST OF A PERMANENT OPAQUE MATERIAL?CHAINLINK WITH
 SLATS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
  
 5. A PARKING DETAIL IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY?S
 ZLDRS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 6. LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AT THE ENDS OF PARKING ROWS SHALL
 BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH, AS MEASURED
 FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CURB (ISLANDS/BUFFER ALONG
 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT).
  
 7. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A LOSS OF PARKING FROM WHAT
 CURRENTLY EXISTS ON THE PROPERTY; PARKING DATA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED INDICATING THAT THE SITE CONFORMS TO THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS. IF THE SITE
 IS CURRENTLY NONCONFORMING, THAT IS FINE AND MAY
 CONTINUE, BUT PARKING WOULD HAVE TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE (NO PARKING COULD BE
 REMOVED).
