 1) PROVISO - THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE
 ISPR APPROVED ELEVATIONS OR THE SITE PLAN - DOOR
 LOCATIONS AND ROOF PITCH/HEIGHT. A MINOR SITE PLAN
 AMENDMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THE AS-BUILT
 CONDITIONS PRIOR TO THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR
 THE FIRST BUILDING ON THE SITE.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT - THE PLANS DATED DECEMBER 20, 2016,
 SHOW THE LOADING ZONES RELOCATED AGAINST THE BUILDING.
 THE FOUNDATION PLAN SHOWS BOLLARDS LOCATED ADJACENT TO
 THE OVERHEAD DOORS THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON THE
 PAVING, GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN, WHICH SHOWS THE
 LOADING SPACES AGAINST THE BUILDING. THESE TWO PLANS
 ARE IN CONFLICT. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE LOADING ZONES
 MAY NOT ENCROACH ON THE REQUIRED 24 FOOT CLEAR DRIVE
 AISLE BEHIND THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN PARKING SPACES
 ALONG THE EASTERN PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3) THE EASTERN DOOR LOCATION ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN FOR
 THE SOUTH BUILDING DOES NOT MATCH ITS LOCATION ON THE
 SOUTH BUILDING ELEVATION PLAN OR THE PAVING, GRADING
 AND DRAINAGE PLAN. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 4) THE PAVING, GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN CONTINUES TO
 SHOW THE INCORRECT 4510 GEORGIA AVENUE ADDRESS. THIS IS
 4600 GEORGIA AVENUE.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 D. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 E. BICYCLE RACK
 F. SIGNS
 G. SITE LIGHTING. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE POLE LIGHT TO
 INCLUDE HOW THIS LIGHT WILL BE SHIELDED PREVENT GLARE
 INTO THE GEORGIA AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE SITE
 LIGHTING PERMIT.
