 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) CONTRACTOR: PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PERMIT APPLICATIONS
 SINCE THERE WILL BE 2 BUILDINGS BEING BUILT AT THE SAME
 TIME. SPIT THE ASSOCIATED COST TO REFLECT THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE FOR EACH BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE THIS REQUEST IS
 FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES , TO BE ABLE TO KEEP RECORDS
 FOR BOTH THE NORTH BUILDING AND SOUTH BUILDING AS WELL
 AS FOR RECORD RETENTION PURPOSES.
 107.2.1. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2)3RD REQUEST, NOTE 2 REPORTS SUBMITTED BOTH ARE
 COPIES. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING
 FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND
 SEAL OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE
 DOCUMENT.

 EFFECTIVE DATE 05/06/2009. (2)(A) EVERY SHEET OF PLANS
 AND PRINTS WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
 CHAPTER 471, F.S., SHALL BE SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED BY
 THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
  
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. THIS REVIEW THERE HAS BEEN NO
 SOILS REPORT SUBMITTED FOR THIS SITE. 2014 FBC-B
 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION,
 STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR
 WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED
 IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED.

 AND AN F2 OCCUPANCY. OCCUPANTS LOADS:

 4)3RD ROUND COMMENT. NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR. THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD IT APPEARS WOULD LIKE THIS PERMIT TO BE A
 STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT TO GET THE BUILDINGS STARTED. WE
 HAVE NOT SEEN THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING FOR THE
 BUILDING (WALLS AND ROOFING) SO THE BUILDING PERMIT
 CANNOT BE ISSUED BUT WITH THE SCOPE OF THE PERMIT BEING
 A STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT THE FEES TRANSFERRED FOR THE
 STRUCTURE ONLY IT MAY BE ABLE TO GET THE PERMIT OUT
 EARLIER.
 1ST ROUND COMMENT. SHEET 12 OF 13 WILL NEED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ENERGY CODE 402.1 C402.1
 GENERAL (PRESCRIPTIVE). THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION C402.1.1. SECTION C402.1.2
 SHALL BE PERMITTED AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE R-VALUES
 SPECIFIED IN SECTION C402.1.1.

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
