 1) THE ADDRESS FOR THIS SITE IS 4600 GEORGIA AVENUE.
 THE PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT THE CORRECT
 ADDRESS.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE ISPR
 APPROVED ELEVATIONS OR THE SITE PLAN - DOOR LOCATIONS
 AND ROOF PITCH/HEIGHT. A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THE AS-BUILT CONDITIONS PRIOR TO
 THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE FIRST BUILDING ON
 THE SITE.
  
 3) THE LOCATION OF THE EASTERN DOORWAY FOR THE NORTH
 BUILDING ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN DOES NOT MATCH ITS
 LOCATION ON THE FLOOR AND LIFE SAFELY PLAN, THE
 ELEVATIONS, OR THE ELECTRICAL PLAN. ALL PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THE SAME CONDITION.
  
 4) THE LOCATION OF THE EASTERN DOORWAY FOR THE SOUTH
 BUILDING ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN DOES NOT MATCH ITS
 LOCATION ON THE FLOOR AND LIFE SAFELY PLAN, THE
 ELEVATIONS, OR THE ELECTRICAL PLAN. ALL PLANS SHALL
 SHOW THE SAME CONDITION.
  
 5) THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS SHOW THE EXIT DOORS OPENING
 OUT INTO THE DESIGNATED LOADING ZONES SHOWN ON THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN. IF A TRUCK IS PARKED IN THE LOADING
 ZONE, THEN IT MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE EXIT DOOR.
 PLEASE REVIEW.
  
 6) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHOWS HIGH FOOTCANDLE LEVELS AT
 THE PROPERTY DRIVEWAYS. PLEASE SHOW DETAILS OF THE
 LIGHT FIXTURES THAT ARE MOUNTED TO THE WALL AND PROVIDE
 HOW THEY ARE SHIELDED TO PREVENT GLARE ONTO THE GEORGIA
 AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 7) PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE SETBACKS OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDINGS.
  
 8) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN DOES
 NOT MATCH THE ISPR APPROVED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS -
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ALONG THE BUILDING EAST SIDE OF
 PROPERTY.
  
 9) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ISPR APPROVAL LETTER CONDITION
 REQUIRED THAT D CURBS BE INSTALLED TO PROTECT ALL
 LANDSCAPE AREAS, INCLUDING THE DRIVEWAYS. THIS WAS NOT
 SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS
 APPLICATION.
  
 10) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 D. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 E. BICYCLE RACK
 F. SIGNS
 G. SITE LIGHTING. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE POLE LIGHT TO
 INCLUDE HOW THIS LIGHT WILL BE SHIELDED PREVENT GLARE
 INTO THE GEORGIA AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
