 1) THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS DO NOT MATCH THE ISPR
 APPROVED ELEVATIONS OR THE SITE PLAN - DOOR LOCATIONS
 AND ROOF PITCH/HEIGHT. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT
 AND THE PLANS SHALL MATCH THE ISPR APPROVED PLANS OR A
 SITE PLAN AMENDMENT SHALL BE APPROVED.
  
 2) THE ISPR LETTER CONDITION REQUIRED THAT D CURBS BE
 INSTALLED TO PROTECT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS, INCLUDING THE
 DRIVEWAYS. THIS WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION.
  
 3) THE SURVEY SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION DOES NOT
 MATCH THE PROPOSED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE LOT
 LAYOUT.
  
 4) THE PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE ISPR
 APPROVED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS - LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 ALONG THE BUILDING EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 D. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 E. BICYCLE RACK
 F. SIGNS
