 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1) SHEET 1 OF 13 - THERE IS NO REFERNCE TO THE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT FIRE CODE.
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 5TH EDITION OF FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE INCLUDING
 THE 2012 EDITION OF NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 AND ALL OTHER
 APPLICABLE CODES OR STANDARDS.
  
 CONSTRUCTION WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 NFPA 241, 2009 EDITION.
 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF NFPA 10, 2010 EDITION.
 ELECTRIC WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 70, 2011 EDITION.
  
 PLEASE ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND PROVIDE A NOTE.
  
 2) SHEET 1 OF 13 - THERE IS NO INDICATION OF THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION THAT THIS PROJECT WILL BE
 BUILT IN COMPLAINCE WITH. PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPLICABLE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION PER THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE.
  
 3) SHEET 7 & 8 OF 13 - PER FLORIDA 69A-60.0081; NOTICE
 SIGNAGE IS REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME
 TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION. ANY COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR
 ANY MULTIUNIT RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE OF THREE UNITS OR
 MORE WHICH USES HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL LIGHT-FRAME
 TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION IN ANY PORTION SHALL BE MARKED
 WITH A MALTESE CROSS SIGN MEASURING 8 INCHES
 HORIZONTALLY AND 8 INCHES VERTICALLY, OF A BRIGHT RED
 REFLECTIVE COLOR. THE APPROVED SYMBOL SHALL BE PLACED
 WITHIN 24 INCHES TO THE LEFT OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR.
 1. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS ROOFS SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH THE LETTER "R".
 2. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTER "F".
 3. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR AND ROOF
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTERS "R/F".
  
 PROVIDE A NOTE INDICATING THE POSTING OF A ROOF SIGN.
  
 4) SHEET 9 OF 13 - THERE IS NO INDICATION OF EMERGENCY
 LIGHTING. PROVIDE EMERGECNY LIGHTING PER NFPA 101,
 CHAPTER 40.
  
 40.2.9 EMERGENCY LIGHTING
 40.2.9.1 EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.9, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE
 EXEMPTED BY 40.2.9.2.
 40.2.9.2 EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR
 ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
 (1) SPECIAL-PURPOSE INDUSTRIAL OCCUPANCIES WITHOUT
 ROUTINE HUMAN HABITATION
 (2) STRUCTURES OCCUPIED ONLY DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS,
 WITH SKYLIGHTS OR WINDOWS ARRANGED TO PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED LEVEL OF ILLUMINATION ON ALL PORTIONS OF THE
 MEANS OF EGRESS DURING SUCH HOURS.
  
 7.9.1.2 FOR THE PURPOSES OF 7.9.1.1, EXIT ACCESS SHALL
 INCLUDE ONLY DESIGNATED STAIRS, AISLES, CORRIDORS,
 RAMPS, ESCALATORS, AND PASSAGEWAYS LEADING TO AN EXIT.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF 7.9.1.1, EXIT DISCHARGE SHALL
 INCLUDE ONLY DESIGNATED STAIRS, RAMPS, AISLES,
 WALKWAYS, AND ESCALATORS LEADING TO A PUBLIC WAY.
  
 7.9.2 PERFORMANCE OF SYSTEM.
 7.9.2.1* EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR A
 MINIMUM OF 1? HOURS IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF NORMAL
 LIGHTING. EMERGENCY LIGHTING FACILITIES SHALL BE
 ARRANGED TO PROVIDE INITIAL ILLUMINATION THAT IS NOT
 LESS THAN AN AVERAGE OF 1 FT-CANDLE (10.8 LUX) AND, AT
 ANY POINT, NOT LESS THAN 0.1 FT-CANDLE (1.1 LUX),
 MEASURED ALONG THE PATH OF EGRESS AT FLOOR LEVEL.
 ILLUMINATION LEVELS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO DECLINE TO
 NOT LESS THAN AN AVERAGE OF 0.6 FT-CANDLE (6.5 LUX)
 AND, AT ANY POINT, NOT LESS THAN 0.06 FT-CANDLE (0.65
 LUX) AT THE END OF 1? HOURS. A MAXIMUM-TO-MINIMUM
 ILLUMINATION UNIFORMITY RATIO OF 40 TO 1 SHALL NOT BE
 EXCEEDED.
  
 5) SHEET 10 OF 13 - THE ARRANGEMENT OF EXIT/EGRESS DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 101, CHAPTER 40, 40.2.5
  
 40.2.5 ARRANGEMENT OF MEANS OF EGRESS. MEANS OF EGRESS,
 ARRANGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.5, SHALL NOT
