 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PERMIT APPLICATIONS SINCE THERE
 WILL BE 2 BUILDINGS BEING BUILT AT THE SAME TIME. SPIT
 THE ASSOCIATED COST TO REFLECT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR
 EACH BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE THIS REQUEST IS FOR
 INSPECTION PURPOSES , TO BE ABLE TO KEEP RECORDS FOR
 BOTH THE NORTH BUILDING AND SOUTH BUILDING AS WELL AS
 FOR RECORD RETENTION PURPOSES.
 107.2.1. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) THIS REVIEW THERE HAS BEEN NO SOILS REPORT SUBMITTED
 FOR THIS SITE. 2014 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.
 WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY
 OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE
 SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A

 SHALL BE DETERMINED.

 4) SHEET 12 OF 13 WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-ENERGY CODE 402.1 C402.1 GENERAL
 (PRESCRIPTIVE). THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTION C402.1.1. SECTION C402.1.2 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE R-VALUES SPECIFIED
 IN SECTION C402.1.1.
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A STEEL BOLTABLE BUILDING THAT
 WILL REQUIRE A RESIDENT INSPECTOR. 110.3.9 OTHER
 INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY MAKE,
 OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE INSPECTIONS REQUIRED
 BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT REPORTS OF INSPECTORS
 OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER
 INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS SATISFIED AS TO THEIR
 QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A CERTIFICATE CALLED
 FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT
 BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING
 AND CERTIFIED BY A RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE THE OWNER TO EMPLOY
 AN INSPECTION SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
 (7). FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF UNUSUAL DESIGN OR
 METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION
  
 SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL BE ADEQUATELY PRESENT AT TIMES
 WORK IS UNDERWAY ON THE STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING. SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL BE A
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT, OR ENGINEER, OR A
 PERSON LICENSED UNDER CHAPTER 468, PART XII, FLORIDA
 STATUTES. SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL SUBMIT
 WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS INCLUDING THE DAILY INSPECTIONS
 TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, AND INCLUDING A
 CODE COMPLIANCE OPINION OF THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR.
  
 7A) RESIDENT INSPECTOR FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL
 PARTIES NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THE BUILDING

 STANDING SEAM ROOFING PANEL SYSTEM. PROVIDE

 IDENTIFY WHICH SYSTEM IS BEING INSTALLED AND GAUGE OF
