 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO
 BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT. IF THIS PERMIT REQUEST
 IS THE RESULT OF A ANNUAL FIRE SITE INSPECTION, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE FIRE INSPECTION REPORT OF DEFICIENCIES THAT
 NEED TO BE CORRECTED. THERE ARE NUMEROUS CODE
 VIOLATIONS FOUND IN THE SUBMITTED PLANS. IT APPEARS
 THERE IS A LOT OF UNPERMITTED WORK THAT HAS OCCURRED
 OVER THE YEARS. THE LAST SET OF PLANS FOR PERMITTED
 WORK WAS UNDER PERMIT: 97003468 UNDER THIS ADDRESS,
 THERE WAS NO SECOND FLOORS OR MEZZANINES IN THAT SCOPE
 OF WORK.
  
 2) PLEASE INDICATE IF THE SUBMITTED PLAN IS FOR THE
 ENTIRE BUILDING OR FOR ONLY THIS TENANT SPACE? THE
 PROPERTY APPRAISERS INDICATES THE TOTAL SQ. FOOTAGE FOR
 THIS BUILDING TO BE 7500 SQ. FT. WHERE AS THE PLANS
 SUBMITTED SCALE OFF TO BE 5022 SQ. FT. THE SAME HOLD
 TRUE FOR THE 2ND FLOOR OR MEZZANINE. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED? 107.2.1.3/ DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 3) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD LIST THE BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE AS BUILDING TYPE IB. THE MINIMUM
 BUILDING TYPE FOR A VB/ F1 IS 8500 SQ. FT., FOR A VB/
 S1 IS 9000 SQ. FT. AND FOR A VB/B IS ALSO 9000SQ.FT.
 DOES THIS BUILDING HAVE 2 HOUR FIRE RATING FOR THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURAL FRAME, EXTERIOR WALLS INTERIOR
 BEARING WALLS (MEZZANINE/ 2ND FLOOR AREAS TO BE
 DETERMINED) AND 1 FOUR ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS AND ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION?
  
 4) THE PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR TO WHERE THE MEZZANINE OR
 2ND FLOOR STARTS AND ENDS. A CUT SECTION THROUGH THE
 NORTH/ SOUTH ACCESS WILL HELP US TO DETERMINE IF THERE
 IS A TRUE MEZZANINE OR MEZZANINES OR IF WE ARE DEALING
 WITH A 2ND STORY. THE TERM ATTIC IS USED ON A PORTION
 OF THE 2ND STORY. IS THE ATTIC AREA ACTUALLY HAVE A
 FLOOR CEILING ASSEMBLY, FROM THE 1ST FLOOR THAT ALLOWS
 FOR THE USE OF A 2ND STORY IN THIS AREA BUT NOT IN USE?
 ON BOTH ENDS OF THE ATTIC AREA THERE ARE DOORWAYS
 LEADING INTO THIS AREA?
  
 5) THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ENCLOSED STAIRS CANNOT BE
 DETERMINED UNTIL THE MEZZANINE/ 2ND FLOOR CAN BE
 DETERMINED? 107.2.1.3. FBC-B 505 MEZZANINES, 1009.3/
 1016.3.1 EXIT ACCESS STAIRS.
  
 6) THE PLANS APPEARS TO DEPICT A SINGLE TENANCY. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE TYPE OF OCCUPANCY OR IF THIS IS A MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCY? IS THE INTENT TO HAVE OCCUPANCY SEPARATION
 PER 2014 FBC-B TABLE 508.4 OR NON-SEPARATED PER SECTION
 508.3.
  
 7) OTHER ISSUES AS HANDRAILS, GUARDRAILS AND
 ACCESSIBILITY WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ONCE A
 UNDERSTANDING OF THE ABOVE COMMENTS ARE SATISFIED.
  
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
