 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE ORIGINAL CHAINLINK FENCE INSTALLED (COVER LETTER
 STATES WAS INSTALLED BY THE LANDLORD) WAS INSTALLED
 WITHOUT A PERMIT. THIS PERMIT CAN RETROACTIVELY COVER
 THAT FENCE INSTALLATION; HOWEVER, THE NORTHERN SECTION
 OF FENCE AND A PORTION OF THE FENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE SITE ARE SHOWN OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY
 LINE, WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THESE SECTIONS OF
 EXITING CHAINLINK FENCE AND NEW PLYWOOD FENCE SHALL NOT
 BE SHOWN OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY AND MOVED OUT OF THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 2) SINCE THERE WAS NO PERMIT APPROVED FOR THE EXISTING
 CHAINLINK FENCE, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE FENCE
 DETAILS, TO INCLUDE THAT THE FENCE MEETS THE SCREEN
 OPACITY REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) THE ANCHORS FOR THE NEW PLYWOOD FENCE MAY NOT EXTEND
 PAST THE PROPERTY LINE INTO THE OKEECHOBEE BLVD
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 4) HOW WILL THE SANITARY SEWER LINE AT THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE PROPERTY BE PROTECTED FROM DAMAGE BY THE ANCHORS?
  
 5) THE SITE PLANS AND THE FENCE DETAILS CALL OUT A SIX
 (6) FOOT TALL FENCE WHICH IS PERMITTED; HOWEVER, THE
 ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS SHOW AN EIGHT (8) FOOT TALL
 FENCE. PLEASE CORRECT (OR REDLINE) THE ELEVATION SHEET.
  
 6) THE SITE PLAN LOCATION AND DIMENSION DO NOT MATCH
 THE ELEVATION PLANS. BOTH PLANS SHALL MATCH.
