 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- EXISTING FLOOR PLAN SHOWS SINGLE ENTRY DOOR WITH 2
 SIDELITES. THE WIDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE SHOWS A 5'0" X
 6'8" DOUBLE DOOR. THIS WILL REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE
 EGRESS DOOR. NEED TO HAVE AT LEST 32" CLEAR OPENING ON
 ONE DOOR LEAF. THEREFORE, THE PROPOSED DOUBLE DOOR
 DOESN'T COMPLY. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 704
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR DOOR #5 BY THE DINING AREA. NOTE: SEE SIZE
 SPECIFIED ON THE DOOR SCHEDULE.
  
 B) ENTRY DOOR WITH TRANSOM ASSEMBLY AS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 3- ENGINEER TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.

 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
