2016-04-15 17:56:18PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE OF THE
 MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE LANDSCAPE DATA TABLES REQUIRED
 BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND THE
 AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE AREA INSTALLED IN THE FRONT YARD.
 B. DRIVEWAY. THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE WIDTHS OF THE
 DRIVEWAY, THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE WESTERN
 PROPERTY LINE AND THE APRON IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 C. POOL.
 D. FENCES, WALLS AND GATES.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-304(B)3 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 COVERED WITH A SOLID ROOF SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER
 THAN SIX FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURES LESS THAN SIX FEET FROM THE PRIMARY
 STRUCTURE MUST MEET THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE SETBACKS. THE
 PROPOSED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED 13 FOOT REAR SETBACK.
  
 3) SECTION 94-305(B)(4) ONLY PERMITS MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT TO PROJECT A MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) FEET INTO
 THE SETBACK. THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE REAR SETBACK IS 13
 FEET, SO THE EQUIPMENT PAD AND THE A/C PAD MAY NOT BE
 LOCATED ANY CLOSER THAN NINE (9) FEET FROM THE REAR
 SETBACK.
  
 4) THE SURVEY SHOWS A 5.1 FOOT DIMENSION FROM THE HOUSE
 TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE, YET THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 5
 FOOT DIMENSION. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME DIMENSION
 CONDITIONS.
  
 5) THE SURVEY SHOWS A 25.1 FOOT DIMENSION FROM THE
 HOUSE TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, YET THE SITE PLAN
 SHOWS A 25 FOOT DIMENSION. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW SAME
 DIMENSION CONDITIONS.
  
 6) THE CITY MEASURES BUILDING HEIGHT AS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED
 GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP
 OF THE STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF
 A MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MEAN HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN
 EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS.
 PROVIDE THE ELEVATION DIMENSIONS FROM THE POINTS
 SPECIFIED ABOVE.
