 SUBMITTED AT A LATER DATE. IF LANDSCAPE PLAN IS NOT
 SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY WITH BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW
 HOUSE CONSTRUCTION, A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FORM WILL
 NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION FOR PROCESSING. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A COPY
 OF THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO PROCEED THIS DIRECTION
 RATHER THAN SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PERMIT CONCURRENTLY.
  
 2. INCLUDE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE SITE PLAN AND
 INDICATE SETBACKS. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK [ZLDR
 SEC. 94-305(B)(4)].
  
 3. INDICATE HOW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED
 FROM STREET VIEW IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-444(B).
  
 4. INDICATE HEIGHT OF BUILDING FROM FINISHED GRADE
 [ZLDR SEC. 94-72(A)(3)].
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 A. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING, DRIVEWAY,
 FENCING.
  
 B. FOR REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION MUST FIRST BE
 APPLIED FOR AND OBTAINED FROM THE PLANNING DIVISION.
