 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) WOOD CONSTRUCTION NOTE #2 ON SHEET A-1 REFERENCES
 CHAPTER 23 OF THE 2010 FBC. THE CORRECT REFERENCE IS
 CHAPTER 6 OF THE 2014 FBC RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2) THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE RESIDENCE IS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE A SELF-CLOSING DEVICE. FBC R302.5.1
  
 3) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PLANS AND THE
 ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORMS. THE TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON
 SHEET A-3 SPECIFIES R-30 INSULATION AND SCREEN VENTS IN
 THE SOFFIT. THE ENERGY FORMS HAVE R-20 INSULATION AND
 AN UN-VENTED ATTIC. CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ROOF ZONES
 1, 2 & 3 FOR THE 5/12 SLOPE ROOF ON THE PLANS. FBC
 R301.2.1
  
 5) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND "APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD". PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS, SLIDING
 GLASS DOORS, ENTRY DOOR AND EXTERIOR OUTSWING DOOR AT
 THE GARAGE.

 +49.1, -54.0 PSF.
  
 7) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE ROOFING UNDERLAYMENTS
 LISTED IN THE TARCO PRODUCT APPROVAL (FL10450) WILL BE
 USED.
  
 8) VALUATION OF WORK WAS INCREASED TO $336,528.00. FBC
 109.31
  
 IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE
  
 YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A RE-SUBMITTAL FORM TO
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE CORRECTED PLANS AND/OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS. THE PERMIT CLERK WILL RETRIEVE THE DENIED
 APPLICATION, PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR YOU. YOU ARE
 REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN
 CORRECTED AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW ONES. THE CLERK
 WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STAPLE REMOVER AND A STAPLER.
 ONE SET OF THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED
 SHALL BE MARKED AS VOIDED AND RESUBMITTED ALONG WITH
 THE TWO (OR MORE) SETS THAT CONTAIN THE CORRECTED
 SHEETS. IF THERE ARE ANY SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN STAMPED
 FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES, HOA APPROVAL STAMPS OR OTHERS,
 RESUBMIT THOSE SHEETS.
 IF ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED, THEN TWO
 (OR MORE) SETS OF THE NEW PLANS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
