 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- SHEET S2:
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL,
 5TH EDITION (2014), THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN
 EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE THE DESIGN LOADING PER FBC
 2014 INFORMATION AND THE DESIGN CRITERIA. ALSO REVISE
 THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING WIND PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B) DESIGN CRITERIA:
 (1) ROOF MATERIAL IS CONCRETE TILES NOT SHINGLES.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.

 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THE WIDTH OF "A" IS 4 FEET IN ALL
 CASES. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 D) PROVIDE COMPLETE AND CLEAR DETAIL SHOWING
 CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CONCRETE PAD FOR THE NEW STEEL
 COLUMN. DETAIL #5 DOESN'T MATCH INFORMATION SHOWN ON
 THE EXISTING FOOTING LOCATION FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET S1.
 IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE NEW CONCRETE PAD IS GOING TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED WHERE THERE IS AND EXISTING FOOTING. THERE
 ARE NO SPECS HOW TO DEAL WITH THE EXISTING CONCRETE
 BLOCK WALL FOOTING. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 E) PARTIAL EXTERIOR WALL SECTION IS SHOWN INCORRECTLY.
 THE FLOOR TRUSSES ARE REPRESENTED AS STEEL BAR JOISTS

 CONSTRUCTION. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO REPRESENT WOOD

 F) WHERE IS DETAIL #4 TAKEN AT?. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PLATE SUPPORTING THE W14 X 43

 THE CONCRETE BLOCK BLOCK SUPPORTED BY THIS BEAM. SEC.
