 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED (MINIMUM
 1/8 INCH SCALE) AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL CODES
 SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE
 TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE
 FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - SUBMIT TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE NEW
 WINDOWS, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND IMPACT PROTECTION
 DEVICES.
  
 3) IF WINDOWS ARE NOT LARGE MISSILE IMPACT RATED,
 IMPACT PROTECTION DEVICES ARE REQUIRED. TWO COPIES OF A
 KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS
 IS REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO THE PRODUCT APPROVALS. FBCR
 301.2.1.2
  
 4) THE NOTES ON THE PLANS HAVE CEMENTRY BOARD. IS THIS
 SUPPOSE TO BE CEMENT RATHER THAN CEMENTRY? PLEASE
 CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEB SITE INDICATES THAT THE
 EXTERIOR WALL ARE CONCRETE BLOCK AND STUCCO. THE WALL
 REPAIR DETAIL SHOWS A CONCRETE TIE BEAM AND A
 MONOLITHIC SLAB FOUNDATION. THE CLOUDED AREA ON THE
 PLANS APPEAR TO SHOW THAT A LARGE AREA OF CBS WALL IS
 BEING REPLACED WITH WOOD FRAME BETWEEN THE SLAB AND TIE
 BEAM. IT IS UNCLEAR HOW MUCH WALL IS BEING FRAMED IN
 THIS MANNER. SEE COMMENT #1. UNLESS YOU ARE JUST
 FRAMING IN THE SPACE AT THE WINDOWS, A FLORIDA LICENSED
 ENGINEER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED
 STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. FBC 107.2.1.3.
  
 6) THE WALL SECTION SHOWS 1/2"PLYWOOD, 2 LAYERS OF 15#
 FELT, 1/2" CEMENT BOARD WITH 3/4" STUCCO. SUBMIT TWO
 SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE CEMENT BOARD THAT
 ALLOWS IT TO BE USED AS A BACKER BOARD FOR 3/4" STUCCO
 WITHOUT WIRE LATH.
  
 7) THE SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFIES THAT THE FLOOR IS TO BE
 INSULATED WITH R-19. THE WALL REPAIR DETAIL SPECIES A
 CONCRETE SLAB FLOOR. CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1 PLANS HAVE
 CONFLICTING INFORMATION. COORDINATE THE SCOPE OF WORK,
 NOTES AND DETAILS ON THE PLANS.
  
 8) THE FBC ENERGY R402.1 (PRESCRIPTIVE) REQUIRES R-30
 INSULATION IN THE CEILING AND R-13 IN WOOD FRAME WALLS.
 PLANS HAVE CONFLICTING INFORMATION. COORDINATE THE
 SCOPE OF WORK, NOTES AND DETAILS ON THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE VALUE FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 FAR EXCEEDS $1500.00. ADD THE TOTALS OF THE VALUATIONS
 FOR ALL OF THE SUB PERMITS UNDER THIS MASTER AND
 PROVIDE AN ACCURATE VALUATION BASED ON THE FOLLOWING.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 THE VALUE FOR ALL OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING, MECHANICAL,
 PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK SHOULD BE $15,000.00 OR
 MORE. THEREFORE, THE VALUE HAS BEEN ADJUSTED TO
