 1) THE RE-SUBMITTED MECHANICAL PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN
 REVISED OR CORRECTED COMPLETELY IN RESPONSE TO THE 1ST
 REVIEW COMMENTS, AND NO NARRATIVE RESPONSE WAS
 SUBMITTED TO EITHER REBUT THE COMMENTS OR CLARIFY THE
 SCOPE OF WORK. I AM RE-PRINTING THE COMMENTS BELOW FOR
 REVIEW:
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #1) THE PLANS APPEAR TO INDICATE A
 CHANGE USE OR OCCUPANCY AS DEFINED IN THE FBC-14
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 1009.1
 AND PROVIDE MINIMUM VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 PROPOSED NEW BAR AND KITCHEN AREAS, AND ALL OTHER
 OCCUPIED ROOMS AND SPACES- SEE TABLE 403.3 FBC-14
 MECHANCIAL AND PROVIDE A SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES THE
 REQUIRED CFMS OF OUTDOOR AIR AND THE CFMS PROVIDED.
 PLEASE NOTE THE EXISTING AC SYSTEM(S) MAY HAVE TO BE
 ENLARGED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE FRESH AIR AND CONDITIONING
 TO THE SPACE DUE TO THE INCREASED OCCUPANT LOAD- SUBMIT
 AC CALCULATIONS.
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #2) SHEET M0.1: PROVIDE A SCOPE OF
 WORK ON THE PLAN WITH CORRESPONDING DRAWINGS AND
 DETAILS INDICATING ALL ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING HVAC
 SYSTEMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW KITCHEN WILL REQUIRE
 AN EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH A MINIMUM CAPACTITY OF .7 CFM
 PER SQ. FT.
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #3) PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE
 FOR THE NEW BATH EXHAUST FAN AND SHOW THE EXHAUST DUCT
 RUN AND TERMINATION LOCATION.
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #4) PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL
 MECHANICAL COMMENTS MAY FOLLOW AFTER THE PLANS HAVE
 BEEN CORRECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL DEVELOPMENT
 DEPARTMENT REVIEWS.
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE POINT OF CONNECTION FOR THE TWO
 TOILET ROOM EXHAUST DUCTS TO THE MAIN EXHAUST DUCT- THE
 CURRENT PLAN SHOWS ONE EXHAUST DUCT CONNECTING TWO
 FANS. PLEASE SEE TABLE 403.3 FOOTNOTE E AND INDICATE IF
 THE EXHAUST WILL RUN INTERMITTENLY OR CONTINUOUSLY WHEN
