 PLAN IS NOT SIGNED NOR SEALED BY THOMAS MILTON
 ARCHITECT. ARCHITECTS: FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 61G1-16.005. PROCEDURES FOR DIGITALLY SIGNING AND
 SEALING AND FOR ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTING PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) PROVISO: MEETINGS ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE PLACE IN
 THIS UNIT THAT MAY INVOLVE INDIVIDUALS FROM OFF SITE,
 ENACTING ACCESSIBILITY. THIS MODULAR BUILDING DOES NOT

 IF THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER DO NOT HAVE THE
 CAPABILITIES FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES ORIGINAL SIGNED
 AND SEALED PLANS , PAPER WITH ORIGINAL SEALS AND
 SIGNATURES CAN BE SUBMITTED, WE WILL KEEP THE ORIGINALS
 FOR THE RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
