 1. AN "EXISTING" WATER HEATER IS SHOWN. THIS IS NOT
 CONSIDERED "EXISTING" UNLESS IT IS LEGALLY PERMITTED,
 INSPECTED, AND A FINAL INSPECTION OBTAINED. THIS SHOULD
 BE REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSED" OR "WORK INSTALLED WITHOUT
 PERMIT." THE PLAN, SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ENGINEER,
 IS MISLEADING. THIS ENGINEER HAS ALREADY SUBMITTED A
 PLAN SHOWING "EXISTING" CONDITIONS. HOW COULD THEY BOTH
 BE "EXISTING" WHEN THEY ARE NOT THE SAME? A SET HAS
 BEEN RETAINED AND MAY BE FORWARDED TO FBPE. WHEN PLANS
 ARE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, PLAN
 REVIEW TENDS TO RELY ON THESE PLANS AS ACCURATE. SEE
 FBC 107. PLANS ARE TO ACCURATELY SHOW THE NATURE AND
 SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 HAS THE ENGINEER VISITED THE JOB SITE, FS471? IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHY THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 HAVE ENGINEER ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
  
 2. STRUCTURAL DETAILS HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY INSPECTORS
 AND PLAN REVIEWERS. ADDRESS AT THIS TIME, FBC 107.
  
 3. PROVIDE A SURVEY WHICH SHOWS THE DISTANCE OF THE
 PROPOSED NEW WALL (WATER HEATER ENCLOSURE WALL) TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE, FBC 2010 RESIDENTIAL 302. DUE TO FLORIDA
 STATUTUTORY SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THE LICENSES OF
 PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS, ARCHITECTS, AND ENGINEERS,
 ONLY A SURVEYOR CAN DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO PERFORM A
 COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW.
  
 4. THE WORD "EXISTING" IS IN MANY LOCATIONS ON THE
 PLAN. ITEMS WHICH WERE PERMITTED, INSPECTED AND FINALED
 ARE "EXISTING." IF ALL ITEMS DO NOT MEET THIS
 DEFINITION FOR BUILDING DEPARTMENT PURPOSES, REVISE THE
 PLAN TO CLARIFY NATURE OF EACH ITEM - PROPOSED? BUILT
 OR INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT, TO BE LEGALIZED UNDER THE
