| | OF THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING |
| | OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE |
| | CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A |
| | BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS |
| | FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN |
