 1. INDICATE SETBACKS FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (E.G. AC
 UNITS, GENERATOR, ETC.). MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK [ZLDR
 SEC. 94-305(B)(4)]. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 2. SHEET S-2 SHOWS A WALL STRUCTURE FOR AN EXTERIOR
 BBQ. THIS BBQ IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. IS THIS
 STRUCTURE BEING PROPOSED AT THIS TIME? IF YES, BBQ WITH
 8 FOOT HIGH WALL MUST COMPLY WITH ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
 SETBACKS [ZLDR SEC. 94-304(B)(2)]. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 3. IF PRIVACY WALLS AND GARDEN WALLS ARE TO BE
 PERMITTED WITH THE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS, A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE WALLS AND
 INDICATE HEIGHT OF ALL THE PROPOSED PRIVACY WALLS AND
 GARDEN WALLS. PLANS INDICATE THAT THE WALL DETAIL IS
 FOR A MAXIMUM 7 FOOT HIGH WALL, HOWEVER, WALLS WITHIN
 THE FRONT SETBACK CANNOT EXCEED 4 FEET IN HEIGHT AND
 WALLS WITHIN THE SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS CANNOT EXCEED 6
 FEET IN HEIGHT [ZLDR SEC. 94-302]. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE. EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS MUST ALSO BE
 SUBMITTED FOR IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE EASEMENT AREA.
  
 4. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IN CONFORMANCE WITH
 ARTICLE XIV SHALL BE SUBMITTED. (NOTE: ZLDR SEC.
 94-442(B)(2)A. - FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.) YOU MAY CONTACT
 ME TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS TO OBTAIN CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
 THE HOUSE PERMIT AND BE PERMITTED TO SUBMIT THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT CLOSER TO THE TIME OF FINISHING
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME.
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 A. SEPARATE PERMIT(S) AND REVIEW REQUIRED FOR DRIVEWAY,
 HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPING, POOL, AND FENCES. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT UTILITY EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR
 ANY IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN AN EASEMENT AND NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR
 THE IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 B. REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY
 WILL REQUIRE A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT THROUGH THE
 PLANNING DIVISION. THE APPLICATION CAN BE FOUND AT THE
