 ACCESSIBLE. THE VALVES CANNOT BE LOCATED BEHIND THE
 UNIT UNLESS AN ACCESS PANEL IS PROVIDED IN THE STACKED
 UNIT. 2014 FBCR SEC. P2903.9.3.
 2) SHT. A-100 - THE AREA AT THE OUTDOOR GRILL IS
 PARTIALLY CUT OFF. SUBMIT THE COMPLETE LAYOUT FOR THIS
 AREA.
 3) SHT.P-1 - THE POOL HEATER IS NOT SHOWN ON THE GAS
 PLAN.
 4) SUBMIT A ROOF DRAIN RISER DIAGRAM FOR THE ROOF
 DRAINS ON THE FLAT ROOF. SHOW THE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT
 DRAINS INTO EACH ROOF DRAIN. INCLUDE 1/2 THE AREA OF
 THE PARAPET WALL. DRAINS SHALL DISCHARGE A MINIMUM OF 1
 FT. FROM THE EXTERIOR BUILDING WALL. 2014 FBCR SEC.
 R318.5. STORM DRAINAGE SHALL BE DESIGNED USING TABLE
 1106.3.
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR OVERFLOW DRAINAGE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH 2014 FBCR SEC.R903.4.1.
 6) THE GAS WATER HEATER IN THE GARAGE SHALL BE
 PROTECTED FROM PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
 7) ALL GAS APPLIANCES SHALL BE LISTED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH 2014 FBCR SEC.G2404.3.
 8) SUBMIT CALCULATIONS FOR COMBUSTION AIR FOR THE GAS
 APPLIANCES. 2014 FBCR SEC.G2407.
