 1) THE SETBACK DIMENSION ON THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW
 THE HOUSE IS 25 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 HOUSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE (SAME MEASURE POINT AS THE
 SURVEY) SINCE THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS NOT PARALLEL TO
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) PROVIDE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS TO THE PEAK, MIDPOINT AND
 EAVES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FOLLOWING CITY CODE
 REQUIREMENT - HEIGHT OF STRUCTURE MEANS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED
 GRADE OF THE STRUCTURE TO THE HIGHEST PORTION OF THE
 STRUCTURE, SUBJECT TO SPECIFIED HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF
 THIS CHAPTER. FOR BUILDINGS, THE HEIGHT SHALL BE
 MEASURED AS THE VERTICAL DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE
 ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE
 HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE STRUCTURE OF A FLAT
 ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF A MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE
 MEAN HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE,
 HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO THE A/C EQUIPMENT
 AND THE A/C PAD.
  
 4) A SEPARATE DRIVEWAY PERMIT IS REQUIRED WHICH SHALL
 ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A.SECTION 94-313, CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY OPENINGS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED TEN FEET IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE. PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS.
 B. SECTION 94-482(A) - REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES FOR LESS THAN THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS
 ARE LOCATED. REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER,
 SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). PROVIDE AREA
 CALCULATIONS.
 C. SECTION 94-482(D)1 NEW OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AND
 DRIVEWAYS WITHIN A FRONT YARD OR A CORNER SIDE YARD
 SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET FROM A FRONT
 AND/OR CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE AND THREE FEET FROM A
 SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINE, EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION OF
 THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINING THE APRON. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS.
 D. SECTION 94-482(D)5 - FOR CIRCULAR DRIVEWAYS THE
 INTERIOR ARC MAY BE AN IRREGULAR SHAPE, BUT SHALL HAVE
 A MINIMUM RADIUS OF FIVE FEET, AS DEPICTED IN FIGURE
 XV-1. THE INTERIOR ARC SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS.
  
 5) THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN SHOW DIFFERENT DRIVEWAY
 CONDITIONS - SIZE AND LOCATION. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW
 SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 6) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, SUBMIT A
 LANDSCAPE BUILDING PERMIT WHICH COMPLIES WITH CITY
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
