 1.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($130,000) EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($90,854) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2.) PROVIDE ALL BUILDING SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN THE
 PROPOSED SITE PLAN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
 RESIDENCE (EXISTING SIDE), ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 RELOCATED PORTION OF THE DRIVEWAY, ETC.
  
 3.) A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 DRIVEWAY MODIFICATION.
  
 4.) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE LOCATION OF THE TWO (2) A/C
 UNITS ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE RESIDENCE, FACING
 NORTH; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE A/C UNITS
 RELOCATED TO THE WEST SIDE OF THE RESIDENCE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. IF THE A/C UNITS ARE TO BE RELOCATED, A
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 RELOCATION OF THE A/C UNITS.
  
 5.) THE LOT AREA IN THE PROJECT DATA TABLE NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTED TO 12,870 SQ. FT.
