 1. WHAT IS THE ?OWNER?S FIELD OFFICE?? IS THIS
 TEMPORARY? PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THIS.
  
 2. YOU MAY WANT TO PROVIDE MORE CLARITY IN THE PARKING
 STRIPING DETAIL (I.E. 12 INCHES BETWEEN STRIPES, COLOR,
 ETC.). I WILL EMAIL YOU A COPY OF THE CITY DETAIL THAT
 YOU CAN INCLUDE IN YOUR DRAWINGS.
  
 3. DRIVE AISLES BETWEEN PARKING SPACES NEED TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 24 FEET, AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-485(N)(2)
 AND FIGURE XV-2 OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN
 (SPECIFICIALLY WITH REGARD TO PARKING LAYOUT).
  
 5. SITE PLANS ARE STILL UNCLEAR BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL
 OF THE BUILDING AND THE CONCRETE APRON ON THE NORTH
 SIDE. DELINEATE THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE BUILDING
 SEPARATE FROM CONCRETE APRONS, PADS, ETC.
  
 6. THE SCREEN WALL FOR THE DIESEL STORAGE TANKS IS TO
 BE LANDSCAPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 94-444(B) OF THE
 CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 7. SHEET 17A-3 MENTIONS A DECORATIVE FENCE AROUND HVAC
 EQUIPMENT, AND THE STRUCTURAL PLANS REFER TO DETAIL
 S-190, BUT I COULD NOT FIND THIS DETAIL. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE SHEETS IN WHICH THE FENCING IS IDENTIFIED
 IN PLAN VIEW AS WELL AS ELEVATION AND/OR DETAILED
 SECTIONS.
  
 8. TWO (2) OF THE HVAC EQUIPMENT BOXES LOCATED ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING NEED TO HAVE LANDSCAPING
 INSTALLED AS SCREENING. IF FENCING IS PROPOSED INSTEAD,
 PLEASE SEE COMMENT PROVIDED ABOVE.
