 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 110.3.9 OTHER INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY MAKE, OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE
 INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT
 REPORTS OF INSPECTORS OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION
 SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS
 SATISFIED AS TO THEIR QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A
 CERTIFICATE CALLED FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE
 TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS
 UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING AND CERTIFIED BY A
 RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE THE OWNER TO EMPLOY AN INSPECTION

 CAST PILE. NO DEPTH INFORMATION IS GIVEN AS TO THE
 LENGTH OF THE PILE. SHEET 103GS-1 DOES HAVE NOTES UNDER
 THE HEADING ACIP PILE CAPACITIES DESIGN WORKING LOAD
 ALL LOADING INFORMATION OF THE AUGER CAST PILE ARE
 UNKNOWNS MARKED BY XX.XX. THE SOILS REPORT THAT WAS
 COMPLETED BY ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES DOES NOT MENTION THE
 USE OF AUGER CAST PILE. IT SEAMS THERE ARE SOME
 UNKNOWNS THAT WILL NEED TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR THE
 DESIGN VALUES FOR THE AUGER CAST PILES. WILL THERE BE A
 GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER ON SITE TO LOG THE DATA FOR THE
 AUGER CAST PILE? WHO WILL IT BE, NOTHING MENTIONED IN
 THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS? 2014 FBC-B 1810.2 ANALYSIS. THE
 ANALYSIS OF DEEP FOUNDATIONS FOR DESIGN SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 1810.2.1 THROUGH 1810.2.5.
  
 1810.3.3.1.7 LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY.
 DEEP FOUNDATION ELEMENTS SHALL DEVELOP ULTIMATE LOAD
 CAPACITIES OF AT LEAST TWICE THE DESIGN WORKING LOADS
 IN THE DESIGNATED LOAD-BEARING LAYERS. ANALYSIS SHALL
 SHOW THAT NO SOIL LAYER UNDERLYING THE DESIGNATED
 LOAD-BEARING LAYERS CAUSES THE LOAD-BEARING CAPACITY
 SAFETY FACTOR TO BE LESS THAN TWO.
