 REVISED PLANS AND NARRATIVE RESPONSES FROM WSP, AND
 SOME OF THE1ST REVIEW ISSUES THAT STILL EXIST.
  
 1) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #2: REFER TO SHEET M0.07 & THE
 FOLLOWING SHEETS WHERE LOCKER ROOM EXHAUST AT A RATE OF
 .5 CFM PER SF. IS MISSING. A) M2.111- MEN'S AND WOMEN'S
 LOCKER ROOMS 11102 &11103. B) M2.113- MLB COACHES
 LOCKER 11302. C) M2.114- STAFF/COACHES LOCKER 11415
 (SEE SHEET M2.113 AND LABEL THE 16X14 EXHAUST RISER AND
 ROOF FAN). M2.117- MLB COACHES LOCKER 11702.
 2) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #4: M0.07, ERU CALCULATIONS-
 REFER TO SECTION 403.2.1 ITEM #4. IT APPEARS BY THE
 CALCULATION THAT MORE THAN 10% OF THE EXHAUST AIR FROM
 THE LOCKER ROOM AND BATH AREAS IS BEING RECIRCULATED.
 PLEASE SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCT DATA SHEETS FOR
 THE ERU'S.
 3) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #2: M0.07: VENTILATION
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE DHU'S NOT PROVIDED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE CALCULATIONS AND MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCT DATA
 SHEETS.
 4) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #5: A) SHEET M0.02: PLACE A NOTE
 FOR REQUIRED DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE ERU SCHEDULE.
 B) M0.05: PLACE A NOTE REQUIRING A DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR
 FOR AHU-S-4-1. C) M701, NOTE M: PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO FAN SHUT DOWN.
 CLARIFY WHICH FANS WILL SHUT DOWN WHEN A DETECTOR
 ACTIVATES- THE UNIT FAN, FANS IN THE FIRE AREA, BOTH
 SUPPLY AND EXHAUST FANS IN THE FIRE AREA? D) IT MAY BE
 HELPFUL TO PLACE DS SYMBOLS AT THE REQUIRED LOCATIONS
 ON THE LAYOUT PLANS.
 5) M2.111, CHEMICAL AND PAINT STORAGE, 1ST REVIEW
 COMMENT #6: A) THE LETTER TITLED "LTAS BALLPARK OF THE
 PALM BEACHES-HAZMAT STORAGE.." AS NOTED IN THE
 NARRATIVE RESPONSE, WAS NOT UPLOADED FOR REVIEW,
 THEREFORE A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS
 TIME. B) COMMENTS #6C- EXHAUST VENTILATION
 CALCULATIONS, AND #6D- MAKE UP AIR SOURCE LOCATION FOR
 THE EXHAUST STILL EXIST.
 6) M0.06, COMMENT #16: PLEASE INDICATE WHICH MUA'S
 LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE ON M0.05 CORRESPOND WITH THE AIR
 BALANCE CALCULATIONS. AS PREVIOUSLY NOTED, THE KITCHEN
 HOODS AND ALL ASSOCIATED MAKE-UP AIR AND EXHAUST
 SYSTEMS AND FIRE SUPPRESSION WILL BE DONE UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMIT. A) PLEASE REVIEW THE MUA SCHEDULE ON
 M0.05: THE SECTOR LOCATIONS OF THE MUA'S ON THE
 CONCOURSE LEVELS DO NOT APPEAR TO MATCH THE LOCATIONS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
 7) M2.112, M2.117, M2.118, M2.119 COMMENT #17: PLEASE
 CLARIFY IF THE C, E & G TRANSFERS ARE TRANSFERRING THE
 AIR ABOVE OR BELOW THE CORRIDOR CEILINGS ON THESE PLANS
 AND OTHER PLANS WITH CORRIDORS.
 8) M2.113, COMMENT #21: COMBUSTION AIR AND LOCATION OF
 GIH-N-2-1 NOT SHOWN.
 9) M2.114, COMMENT #22 STILL EXISTS. REFER TO COMMENT
 #2 OF THIS REVIEW.
 10) M2.117, COMMENT #25 COMBUSTION AIR CALCULATION AND
 SOURCE OF THE AIR.
 11) M2.120, COMMENT #26: FOR CLARIFICATION PLEASE
 INDICATE THE TYPE OF EXHAUST DUCTWORK FOR THE TYPE 1
 HOODS.
 12) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #27: THE REQUESTED WIND LOAD
 ENGINEERED INSTALLATION DETAILS FOR THE ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. REFERENCE
 IS MADE TO THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS IN THE NARRATIVE,
 HOWEVER NO EXACT SHEET IS REFERENCED AND THE REFERENCE
 TO ARCHITECTURAL SHEET A7.21 DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INFO.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED ENGINEERING CAN BE DONE
 AS A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL, HOWEVER REQUIRED MECHANICAL
 INSPECTIONS WILL BE ON HOLD UNTIL ENGINEERING HAS BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED. GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF EQUIPMENT TO
 BE INSTALLED, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ENGINEERING
 IS EXPEDITED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS IN ORDER TO
 AVOID ANY DELAYS.
 13) M2.125, COMMENT #28: ENVIRONMENTAL AIR AS DEFINED
 IN SECTION 202 DOES NOT INCLUDE AIR EXHAUSTED FROM
 STORAGE ROOMS. PLEASE RELOCATE ALL EXHAUST OUTLETS TO
 MINIMUM 10' ABOVE ADJOINING GRADE AND REFER TO SECTIONS
 501.3, 501.3.1 (2), AND 501.3.1.1 FOR ADDITIONAL
 COMPLIANCES.
 14) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #31A: IN RESPONSE TO THIS
 COMMENT ABOUT REQUIRED EQUIPMENT ACCESS PANELS, THE
 NARRATIVE STATES THE CONTRACTOR MAY PROVIDE A CEILING
 COORDINATION DRAWING DURING CONSTRUCTION. RESPECTFULLY,
 THE BUILDING DIVISION WILL REQUIRE THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE THOSE DRAWINGS INDICATING
 PANEL LOCATIONS, PANEL SIZES, AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PANELS SHALL BE SIZED LARGE ENOUGH TO
 REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT LOCATED ABOVE THE
 CEILINGS- SECTION 306.1.
 15) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #33A: UL APPROVED FIRE STOPPING
 ASSEMBLIES ARE REQUIRED FOR REFRIGERANT PIPING
 PENETRATING FIRE-RATED WALLS AND FLOORS. PLEASE REVISE
 DETAIL 2/M6.-01.
 16) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #34: THE REQUESTED DETAILS WERE
 NOT PROVIDED, AND REFERENCE TO THE PROJECT
 SPECIFICATION BOOK WAS MADE IN THE NARRATIVE, HOWEVER
 WE DO NOT REVIEW SPEC BOOKS. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS ON
 THE PLANS.
 17) 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #35, SHEET M7.02: PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE CONTROLS OPERATION FOR THE DHU'S AND A SYMBOL
 LEGEND.
