 IN FOLLOW-UP TO COMMENT #7, THE PROPOSED CAPITOL BIKE
 RACK WILL NOT BE AN ACCEPTED MODEL FOR USE AS IT LACKS
 TWO POINTS OF SUPPORT AND HAS LIMITED ABILITY TO HANDLE
 A MIX OF BICYCLE LOCKING MECHANISMS. IF OBLIGATED TO
 USE A BICYCLE RACK MODEL PROVIDED BY FORMS + SURFACES,
 THE FOLLOWING MODELS WILL BE ACCEPTED - TRIO BIKE RACK,
 CORDIA BIKE RACK, SUMMIT BIKE RACK, AND TWIST BIKE
 RACK. OTHERWISE, YOU CAN ALSO WORK WITH ANOTHER VENDOR
 TO PROVIDE AN ACCEPTABLE MODEL.

 1. THERE APPEARS TO BE MORE THAN ONE SITE PLAN
 SUBMITTED ? C2.01 AND A1-00 DEPICTING DIFFERENT AMOUNTS
 OF INFORMATION. THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN IS NOT COMPLETE
 AND THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ADDRESSED:
 A. INCLUDE ALL SITE DATA AND CALCULATIONS. THIS
 INFORMATION WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT ANY
 CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN.
 B. BUBBLE ALL CHANGES ON THE SITE PLAN.
 C. PROVIDE LABELS FOR ITEMS ON THE PLAN (I.E. COVERED
 BATTING TUNNELS, POOL, DUGOUT, ETC.).
 D. INCLUDE DIMENSIONS, SETBACKS, ETC. TO DEMONSTRATION
 COMPLIANCE OR DEVIATIONS FROM THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
 E. THE HARDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS CHANGES TO FENCE HEIGHTS
 AND LOCATIONS WHICH WILL ALSO NEED TO BE UPDATED ON THE
 MASTER SITE PLAN. ADDITIONALLY IT IS DIFFICULT TO
 LOCATE 4 FOOT FENCE TYPE ON HARDSCAPE PLAN L3.00 THRU
 L3.06.
  
 2. A MINOR PD AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CHANGES
 FROM THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 SUBMITTAL NEEDS TO HAVE CALCULATIONS DEMONSTRATING THAT
 NONE OF THE MAJOR PD AMENDMENT THRESHOLDS IN RES.
 205-15 ARE EXCEEDED.
  
 3. SHEET 7.04 SHOWS THERE IS NO LONGER A 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND NEXT TO THE SOUTHEASTERN MOST PARKING
 SPACE BECAUSE THE LIFT STATION APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN
 ENLARGED. PLEASE CONFIRM CONFLICTS WITH THE SITE PLAN.
 A MINIMUM 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE ISLAND WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 4. SHEET 9.01 - CORRECT STRIPING DETAIL TO PROVIDE 4"
 DOUBLE STRIPES, SEPARATED BY 12", AND CONNECTED AT THE
 BOTTOM [ZLDR SEC. 94-485, STALL PAINING DETAIL]. SINGLE
 STRIPED PARKING SPACES IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 5. SHEET L3.00 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOR CHOSEN ON
 THE HARDSCAPE PLAN TO REPRESENT THE CRUSHED GRAVEL
 PATHWAY IS A VERY SIMILAR IN COLOR TO THE PAVED PARKING
 AREAS. PLEASE PROVIDE ANOTHER COLOR OR SYMBOL TO
 DISTINGUISH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CRUSHED GRAVEL
 PATHWAY AND PAVED PARKING AREAS.
  
 6. SHEET L3.08 - DETAIL 1 FOR STANDARD BIKE RACK DETAIL
 - THE BICYCLE RACK SPACING DIMENSIONS ARE FROM THE RACK
 ITSELF AND NOT THE CENTER OF THE RACK. PLEASE ACCOUNT
 FOR WIDTH OF RACKS IN OVERALL WIDTH OF THE BICYCLE
 PARKING PADS TO ENSURE 2.5 FEET CAN BE PROVIDED BETWEEN
 RACKS AND 2 FEET FROM THE END RACK TO EDGE OF PAD.
 ADJUST SIZES ON SITE PLAN AS NECESSARY.
  
 7. SHEET L3.08 - DETAIL 2 FOR CAPITOL BIKE RACK - THIS
 MODEL IS UNDER REVIEW AS AN ACCEPTABLE BICYCLE RACK
 STYLE FOR USE IN THE CITY. IF APPROVED, PROVIDE A
 SPACING DETAIL FOR THE BICYCLE RACKS TO DEMONSTRATE A
 MINIMUM 2.5 FEET BETWEEN RACKS, 2 FEET BETWEEN END RACK
 AND EDGE OF PAD, AND 6 FEET MINIMUM LENGTH FOR THE
 PARKING PAD.
  
 8. PLEASE REVIEW ALL PLANS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH BICYCLE
 PARKING LOCATIONS. FOR EXAMPLE, PLAZA PARKING IS
 DEPICTED DIFFERENTLY IN SHEETS L3.03 AND L4.04.
  
 9. ALL EQUIPMENT CORRALS MUST BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH ZLDR SEC. 94-444(B) AND (C). WINDSCREENS ON A
 CHAIN-LINK FENCE IS NOT SUFFICIENT.
  
 10. SHEET A7.06 - ENTRY LOGO SCULPTURES WILL NEED TO BE
 PERMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ADDITIONAL REVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED BASED ON THE SIGNAGE
 REGULATIONS AND PLACEMENT. THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF
 NATIONAL ENTRY LOGO SPANS OVER A SIDEWALK AND 3 OF THE
 6 PROPOSED UPLIGHTS ARE ALSO LOCATED ON THE SIDEWALK.
  
 11. SHEET E1-00-3, SHEET E1-00-4 - THERE ARE WALL
 MOUNTED JUNCTION BOXES WITHIN THE SETBACK. HOW HIGH ARE
 THESE JUNCTION BOXES MOUNTED?
  
 12. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR FENCING, LIGHT POLES,
 SIGNAGE, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION.
