 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE PERMIT DESCRIPTION IS FOR SIX SIGNS; HOWEVER,
 THERE ARE ONLY THREE SIGNS SHOWN ON THE ELEVATION
 DRAWINGS. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 NORTH ELEVATION SIGN - PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED IN THE
 DOORWAY OPENING.
  
 3) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION TO PERMIT THE PROPOSED SIGN TO HAVE
 AN ALTERNATE VERTICAL PLACEMENT OUTSIDE THE SIGN ZONE
 DEPICTED ON THE DRAWINGS APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN.
  
 4) THE ELEVATION DRAWING FOR THE SIGN NOT VISIBLE FROM
 THE STREET IS REQUIRED SO STAFF MAY VERIFY IF IT IS IN
 A SIGN ZONE DEPICTED ON THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN ZONE.
 IF THE PHOTOSHOP DRAWING IS ACCURATE, THEN THIS SIGN IS
 ALSO OUTSIDE OF THE SIGN ZONE.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE LINEAR FEET OF STORE FRONTAGE.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN PROHIBITS INTERNALLY
 ILLUMINATED SIGNS WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF THE ARCADE.
  
 7) THE SIGN IS SHOWN AS 4.5 FEET ABOVE THE FINISHED
 FLOOR. THE SIGNS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET
 OF CLEARANCE.
  
 ALLOWED SIGN AREA - INFORMATION NOT PROVIDED
 PROPOSED SIGN AREA - 9 SQ. FT.
  
 WEST ELEVATION SIGNS - PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED BETWEEN

 AMENDMENT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION TO PERMIT THE PROPOSED SIGNS TO BE
 LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL LINE OF
 THE SIGN ZONE DEPICTED ON THE DRAWINGS APPROVED AS PART
 OF THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN.
  
 9) THE SIGN IS SHOWN AS 4.5 FEET ABOVE THE FINISHED
 FLOOR. THE SIGNS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET
 OF CLEARANCE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE OTHER SIGNAGE
 ALONG THIS FRONTAGE.
  
 10) THE PLANS SHOW THAT THE SIGNS WILL BE MOUNTED TO
 EXISTING SUPPORTS. THE BUILDING-OUT PLANS FOR THE BAY
 (15100011) SHOW NO SUPPORTS AT THESE LOCATIONS. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN.
  
 11) WHERE WILL THE WIRING GO AFTER IT IS IN THE
 HORIZONTAL TUBING?
  
 ALLOWED SIGN AREA - 70 SQ. FT.
 PROPOSED SIGN AREA - 9 SQ. FT. PER SIGN = 18 SQ. FT.
