 1- THERE ARE TWO STRUCTURES SHOWN ON PLANS SUBMITTED.
 CONTRACTOR SUBMITTED ONLY MECHANICAL INFORMATION FOR
 THE MAIN HOUSE. IF MECHANICAL WORK IS PROPOSED FOR THE
 GARAGE CONVERSION, THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION. SEC. 105.1 AND SEC.
 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- REVISE THE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) COORDINATE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS WITH THE

 D) SQUARE FOOTAGE DOESN'T MATCH SQUARE FOOTAGE SHOWN ON

 E) CLARIFY WHY THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS IS 9. HOW MANY
 OCCUPANTS ARE CONSIDERED PER BEDROOM?. NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS DOESN'T MATCH NUMBER SHOWN ON THE REPORT
 INVESTMENT #2 AND #3. .SEC. R103.2 OF FBC-ENERGY

 EDITION (2014).
  
 3- A/C PLAN SUBMITTED:
 A) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY WITH THE ENGINEER PLANS AND
 THE A/C PLAN. COORDINATE WITH THE ENGINEER OF RECORD
 AND CLARIFY WHY THE NEW FLOOR PLAN CALLS FOR "FAMILY
 AND BATHROOM ALTERATION" WHILE THE MECHANICAL PLAN
 CALLS THIS ROOM "MASTER BEDROOM AND MASTER BATH". IT'S
 IMPORTANT TO DEFINE THE PROPOSED USE OF THIS ROOM TO
 MAKE THE PROPER BUILDING REVIEW. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THIS WILL ALSO AFFECT THE INFORMATION ON THE
 EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS AND A/C PLAN. COORDINATE
 AS REQUIRED TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
  
 4- MASTER BEDROOM TRANSFER GRILL SIZE DOESN'T COMPLY
 WITH THE BALANCED RETURN AIR SEC. M1602.4 OF
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). NOTE: KEEP IN MIND
 THAT THE SIZE OF THE GRILL IS BASED ON ALL THE SUPPLY
 AIR TO THE MASTER BEDROOM AND MASTER BATHROOM.
  
 5- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 BALANCED RETURN AIR SEC. M1602.4 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL,
 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 6- PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
