 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET S2 INDICATES THE USE OF NEW P1, P2 HELICAL
 PILE, 20 TON DESIGN/ 40 TON ULTIMATE AND P3 13 TON
 DESIGN/ 26 TON ULTIMATE CAPACITY. EMBEDMENT DEPTH AND
 TORSIONAL RESISTANCE CRITERIA AS DETERMINED BY A
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. THE TORQUE APPLIED
 DURING INSTALLATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM
 ALLOWABLE INSTALLATION TORQUE OF THE HELICAL PILE.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1810.3.5.3.3 HELICAL PILES. DIMENSIONS OF
 THE CENTRAL SHAFT AND THE NUMBER, SIZE AND THICKNESS OF
 HELICAL BEARING PLATES SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO SUPPORT
 THE DESIGN LOADS.
  
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD WILL BE SUBMITTING THE PAPERWORK
 FOR FIELD CONDITIONS AS PER INSTALLATION, BACK UP SOILS
 REPORT AND CALCULATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF HELICAL
