 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET LS1 THE WORK THAT IS BEING COMPLETED IN THE
 NEW TENANT SPACE. THE PLAN DOESN'T SHOW THECURRENT
 CONFIGURATION OF THE OUTSIDE SEASONAL SEATING. WITH THE
 ADDITIONAL OCCUPANT LOADS WITH THE SEASONAL SEATING THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD SERVED WILL WELL BE OVER 50 MAKING THIS
 SPACE AN A2 OCCUPANCY, 2014 FBC-B 303.3.
 ASSEMBLY USES INTENDED FOR FOOD AND/OR DRINK
 CONSUMPTION INCLUDING OR A MIXES USE OCCUPANCY SINCE
 THERE IS ALSO A MERCANTILE ELEMENT SEE FBC-B 309.1.
 WITH A MIXED USE OCCUAPNCY THE DESIGNER WILL NEED TO
 DECLARE IS THE DESIGN FOR THE MIXED USE IS SEPERATED
 PER SECTION FBC-B 508.2.4 OR NON-SEPERATED PER SECTION
 FBC-B 508.3.1 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 2) 2014 EXISITNG BUILDING CODE 1001.3.1 PARTIAL CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. WHERE A PORTION OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A NEW OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY.
 WITH A MIXED USE OCCUAPNCY THE DESIGNER WILL NEED TO
 DECLARE IS THE DESIGN FOR THE MIXED USE IS SEPERATED
 PER SECTION FBC-B 508.2.4 OR NON-SEPERATED PER SECTION
 FBC-B 508.3.1 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 1012.1.1.1 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITHOUT
 SEPARATION.
 WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A
 NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND THAT PORTION IS NOT
 SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING WITH FIRE
 BARRIERS HAVING A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING AS REQUIRED IN
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING FOR THE SEPARATE
 OCCUPANCY, THE ENTIRE BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 9 APPLIED THROUGHOUT THE
 BUILDING FOR THE MOST RESTRICTIVE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION IN THE BUILDING AND WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER.
  
 1012.1.1.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITH
 SEPARATION.
 WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING THAT IS CHANGED
 TO A NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND THAT PORTION IS
 SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING WITH FIRE

 ALL BUILDINGS UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1012.8.
 1012.8 ACCESSIBILITY. EXISTING BUILDINGS THAT UNDERGO A
 CHANGE OF GROUP OR OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 3A) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 226.1 GENERAL. WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED
 FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5
 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT
 THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902. IN ADDITION,
 WHERE WORK SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR USE BY OTHER THAN
 EMPLOYEES, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 3B) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 226.2 DISPERSION.
 DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR
 FACILITY CONTAINING DINING SURFACES.
  
 3C) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS
 OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES
 (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3D) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWS TABLES WITH STACKED
 COFFEE BEAN BAGS, DISPLAY TABLES AND WHAT APPEARS TO BE
 KIOSK. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:902.1 GENERAL.
 WORK SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3.
 904.3.2 COUNTER. THE COUNTER SURFACE HEIGHT SHALL BE 38
 INCHES (965 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND. THE TOP OF THE COUNTER EDGE PROTECTION SHALL BE
 2 INCHES (51 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE TOP OF THE COUNTER
 SURFACE ON THE AISLE SIDE OF THE CHECK-OUT COUNTER.
 904.4 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS. SALES COUNTERS AND
 SERVICE COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2.
 THE ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE COUNTER TOP SHALL EXTEND
 THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR SERVICE COUNTER TOP.
  
 4) IMPACT FEES BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
