 LINE DRAINING INTO AN 8 INCH LEADER. THE SIZE OF A
 DRAINAGE PIPE CANNOT BE REDUCED IN THE DIRECTION OF
 FLOW PER 2014 FPC SEC.1101.5.
 2) THE 8 INCH EMERGENCY RAIN WATER LEADER IS NOT LISTED
 ON THE ROOF DRAIN CALCULATIONS. CLARIFY.
 3) SHT.A3.06E - THE HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 2014 FBC SEC.3011 FOR ELECTROLYSIS PROTECTION.
 4) INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH DESIGN OPTION OF THE
 FAIR HOUSING ACT (OPTION A OR B) IS BEING USED FOR THE
 DWELLING UNITS.
 5) THE WATER VALVES FOR THE STACKED WASHER/DRYER UNITS
 SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE. THE VALVES SHALL NOT BE LOCATED
 BEHIND THE UNIT UNLESS ACCESS PANELS FOR THE VALVES ARE
 PROVIDED IN THE UNITS.2014 FPC SEC.606.3.
 6) SHT. A4.01 - UNIT A.1 DETAIL & A.1R - A 30 X 48 INCH
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE IS REQUIRED OUTSIDE THE SWING OF THE
 DOOR PER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT GUIDELINES.THE DOOR
 CLEARLY SWINGS INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE TUB.
 7) THE WATER CLOSETS SHALL BE LOCATED 18 INCHES FROM AN
 ADJACENT WALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING
 GUIDELINES. THE PLANS SHOW WATER CLOSETS AT 18 1/2
 INCHES TO THE CENTERLINE FROM AN ADJACENT WALL.
 8) THERE SHALL BE A 30 X 48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 PROVIDED AT THE KITCHEN SINK. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 SHALL BE CENTERED ON THE FIXTURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FAIR HOUSING GUIDELINES.
 9) SHT. A4.03 - DETAIL C.1 & C.1R - THE CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE FOR THE SHOWERS SHALL BE FLUSH WITH THE CONTROL
 WALL PER THE GUIDELINES. THE PLANS SHAOW THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE FLUSH WITH THE WALL WITH THE TOWEL BAR.
 THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE GUIDELINES.
 10) SHT. A8.03 - DETAIL #8 - GRAB BAR BLOCKING DETAIL -
 THE MAXIMUM DISTANCE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE REINFORCEMENT
 ABOVE THE TOP OF THE TUB SHALL BE 6 INCHES PER FIGURE
 #4 OF THE GUIDELINES. SEE THE BACK WALL DETAIL. PLACE A
 NOTE THAT THE 3'-2" MEASUREMENT IS MINIMUM TO THE TOP
 OF THE BACKING.
 11) PER THE GUIDELINES, THE SEAT BLOCKING IN 36 INCH BY
 36 INCH SHOWERS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE WALL OPPOSITE
 THE CONTROLS AND MUST BE RUN THE FULL WIDTH OF THE
 SHOWER STALL , STARTING AT THE FLOOR TO A MINIMUM
 HEIGHT OF 24 INCHES WHEN THE SHOWER IS THE ONLY BATHING
 FIXTURE IN THE UNIT.
 12) SHT.A8.03 - THE NOTE AT THE GRAB BAR LOCATION
 DETAIL STATES THAT ALL GRAB BAR BLOCKING SHALL BE 2 X 4
 WOOD. THE GUIDELINES REQUIRE A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 6
 INCHES. A 2 X 8 WILL PROVIDE THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF 6
 INCHES.
 13) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE OIL
 SMART PUMP SYSTEM. FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 14) THE HUB DRAIN AND THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE TRASH ROOM
 SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH TRAP PRIMERS PER 2014 FPC SEC.
 1002.4.
 15) SHT. P5.01 - THE CONDENSATE DRAIN RISERS AND THE
 WATER RISERS ARE IDENTIFIED WITH THE SAME
 IDENTIFICATION TAGS. PLEASE REVISE THE I.D. TAGS SO THE
 RISERS ARE NOT CONFUSED WITH EACH OTHER. 2014 FBC SEC.
