 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT IS UNCLEAR TO HOW ONE WOULD GET ACCESS TO THE
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHILE THE PROJECT IS UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION. CLEARLY ILLUSTRATE ACCESSIBILITY TO THE
 SITE AND LOCATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHILE THE
 PROJECT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION (I.E. TEMPORARY
 DRIVES/ACCESS POINTS, ETC.).
  
 2.) ACCORDING TO THE PLANS SUBMITTED, A 30 FT. BY 70
 FT. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER IS PROPOSED.
 PURSUANT TO ZLDR S.94-486, A MINIMUM OF SEVEN (7)
 PARKING SPACES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER (1 PARKING SPACE PER 300 SQ. FT.).
 PLEASE ILLUSTRATE THE LOCATION OF THE PARKING AREA IN
 THE SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) ACCESS POINTS ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD OR SKEES ROAD
 CANNOT BE CONSTRUCTED UNTIL THE APPLICABLE PERMITS HAVE
 BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE APPROPRIATE AGENCIES (FDOT, PALM
 BEACH COUNTY AND THE LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT).
 COPIES OF THE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 4.) A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT MUST BE ISSUED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE
 REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY. PLEASE CONTACT
 RAY CARANCI, CITY'S LANDSCAPE PLANNER (561) 822-1462,
 FOR INFORMATION.
  
 5.) A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE. (ZLDR S.94-450(E)(2)).
