 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.

 SHEET A-2 THE NEW WALL THAT IS ADDED JUST OUTSIDE OF
 THE RESTROOM CREATES A CODE VIOLATION TO THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBIITY CODE SECTION 404.2. MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES, FIGURE 404.2.1(A).
  
 3) SHEET A-2 THE DOOR LABELED # 2 IS SHOWN AS A 2-8
 WIDE DOOR. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2014 FBC-B 1008.1.1 SIZE
 OF DOOR, THIS DOOR NEEDS TO BE A 3-0 DOOR NOT A 2-8.
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
  
 4) SHEET A-2 THE CASHIERS COUNTER DOES NOT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE: 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY CODE 904.4
 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS. SALES COUNTERS AND SERVICE
 COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2. THE
 ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE COUNTER TOP SHALL EXTEND THE
 SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR SERVICE COUNTER TOP.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
