 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET C-1 PLEASE REVIEW THE CODE EDITION, THE PLANS
 INDICATE THE 2010 EXISITNG FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE
 2014 FAMILY OF FLORIDA CODES WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON
 JUNE 30, 2015.
  
 2) THE C-1 COVERSHEET INDICATES THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF 15
 OCCUPANTS AND A OCCUPANCY TYPE A2 ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY.
 PLEASE NOTE IN THE 2014 FBC-B 303.1.1 303.1.1 SMALL
 BUILDINGS AND TENANT SPACES. A BUILDING OR TENANT SPACE
 USED FOR ASSEMBLY PURPOSES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 LESS THAN 50 PERSONS SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP B
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 3) SHEET 1.0A INDICATES NEW FRONT ENTRY DOORS. PLEASE
 SUBMIT A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE NEW DOOR. 2010 FBC-B

 PRODUCT APPROVALS: (31)(A) EXTERIOR DOORS.
  
 4) 107.3.4.1 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9N-3 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR THE NEW
 DOOR. 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 5.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,
 VASD, AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1609.3.1.
  
 5.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 5.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED.

 6) PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS INDICATE A NEW STAINLESS STEEL
 HOOD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT, PLEASE INCLUDE THE PRODUCT AAPPREOVALS
 FOR THE ROOF TOP CURB AND INTAKE AND EXHAUST HOODS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RAFTERS/ CEILING JOIST MAY NEED TO
 BE MODIFIED FOR THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST. 107.2.1.3
 ADDTIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. ? M- 301.15 WIND
 RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND
 SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 7) PLANS DO NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE FOR:
 7A) 226.1 GENERAL. WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED
 FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5
 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT
 THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 7B) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34
 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND.
  
 7C) 904.3.2 COUNTER. THE COUNTER SURFACE HEIGHT SHALL
 BE 38 INCHES (965 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND.
 904.4 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS.
 SALES COUNTERS AND SERVICE COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2. THE ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE
 COUNTER TOP SHALL EXTEND THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR
 SERVICE COUNTER TOP.
  
 904.4.1 PARALLEL APPROACH. A PORTION OF THE COUNTER
 SURFACE THAT IS 36 INCHES (915 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 36
 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. A CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE POSITIONED FOR A PARALLEL
 APPROACH ADJACENT TO THE 36 INCH (915 MM) MINIMUM
 LENGTH OF COUNTER.
  
 904.4.2 FORWARD APPROACH. A PORTION OF THE COUNTER
 SURFACE THAT IS 30 INCHES (760 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND 36
 INCHES (915 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE
 AND TOE SPACE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED
 UNDER THE COUNTER. A CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH TO THE COUNTER.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
