 FLOOR UNITS COMPLYING WITH THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. SINCE
 THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING AND THERE ARE A
 MINIMUM OF 4 DWELLING UNITS IN THE BUILDING, ALL THE
 UNITS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FAIR
 HOUSING. PLEASE REVISE THE NOTE.
 2) THE SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS FOR THE ROOF DRAINS
 SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ANY AREAS OF SLOPED ROOFS THAT DRAIN
 ONTO THE LOWER ROOF. I DO NOT SEE THIS ADDED INTO THE
 ROOF DRAIN CALCULATIONS. CLARIFY. 2014 FPC SEC.1106.2.
 SHT. A2.02.
 3) SHT. A8.03 - THE REINFORCEMENT FOR THE GRAB BAR FOR
 THE SHOWER SHALL BE 32 INCHES MAXIMUM TO THE BOTTOM OF
 THE REINFORCEMENT AND 38 INCHES MINIMUM TO THE TOP OF
 THE REINFORCEMENT PER REQUIREMENT 6 OF THE GUIDELINES.
 SHOW THIS ON THE PLAN.
 4) REVISE THE RISER IDENTIFICATION TAGS FOR THE WATER,
 CONDENSATE, PAN DRAINS. THEY ARE BASICALLY ALL LABELD
 R1 OR R1A. THIS IS EXTREMELY CONFUSING IN THE REVIEW
 STAGE AND WILL ALSO BE CONFUSING DURING THE INSPECTION
 PROCESS. WHY NOT IDENTIFY THE RISERS AS TO THEIR USE?
 C=CONDENSATE, DP=DRIP PANS, W1, W2, W3, ETC.
 5) SHT. P3.01 - RISER S/1A IS SHOWN ON THE SANITARY
 RISER ON P5.04 BUT IS NOT SHOWN ON P3.01.IT APPEARS AS
 THOUGH IT IS MISLABELED AS RISER S/1B ON SHT. P3.01.
 CLARIFY.
 6) SHT. A4.02 - THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ADJACENT TO THE
 SHOWER OPENING SHALL BE FLUSH WITH THE CONTROL WALL. IT
 WAS CORRECTED ON SHT. A4.03 BUT NOT ON A4.02.
