 1) THE WINDOW GLASS SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS ON THE
 HEAT LOAD CALCULATIONS SHOW A MUCH LARGER AMOUNT OF
 GLASS COMPARED TO THE GLASS AREA CALCULATIONS ON THE
 UNIT FLOOR PLANS SHOWN ON SHEETS M4.01, M4.02, AND
 M4.03. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY NO VENTILATION AIR IS SHOWN
 ON THE CALCULATIONS, AND WHY NO LATENT LOADS HAVE BEEN
 CALCULATED FOR INFILTRATION, LIGHTING, AND EQUIPMENT?
 2) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS REQUESTED IN THE FIRST
 REVIEW WERE NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE REVISED PLANS:
 PLEASE COMPLY.
 3) THE GARAGE VENTILATION CALCULATIONS ON SHEET M5.01
 INDICATE "NATURAL VENTILATION", HOWEVER THE 100 CFM PER
 CAR IS A MECHANICAL VENTILATION REQUIREMENT INDICATED
 INTABLE 403.3. PLEASE NOTE THAT NATURAL VENTILATION IS
 FOR OCCUPIED SPACES AS INDICATED IN SECTION 401.2,
 HOWEVER PER SECTION 202 DEFINITIONS, A GARAGE IS NOT
 CONSIDERED OCCUPIABLE SPACE. PROVIDE MECHANICAL
 VENTILATION PER TABLE 403.3.
 4) THE EMAILED RESPONSE NARRATIVE RECEIVED FROM STOFFER
 AND ASSOCIATES INC. IS REFERENCING SHEET A304 IN
 RESPONSE TO 1ST REVIEW COMMENT #3, HOWEVER THAT SHEET
 IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE UPLOADED PLAN SETS, NOR IS IT
 SHOWN IN THE INDEX ON SHEET A0.01.
 5) M5.01: THE TRASH ROOM EXHAUST IS NOT CONSIDERED
 ENVIRONMENTAL AIR AND THEREFORE THE OUTLET SHALL BE 10'
 FROM OPERABLE OPENINGS INTO THE BUILDING, AND 10' ABOVE
 THE ADJOINING GRADE. PLEASE REVISE THE NOTE ON THE
 PLAN.
 6) COMMENT #13 FROM THE 1ST REVIEW REQUESTING SITE
 SPECIFIC WIND LOAD ENGINEERING FOR THE ROOF TOP STANDS
 AND CONDENSERS STILL EXISTS: PLEASE COMPLY.
 7) PLEASE SHOW THE DRYER RUN LENGTHS ON THE PLANS AND
 NUMBER OF ELBOWS TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE DRYER SPECS ON SHEET M5.02.
 8) AS NOTED IN THE HEADING ABOVE, I BELIEVE THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT IS FOR "BUILDING-3" WHICH IS A
 "TYPE-1", HOWEVER THE TITLES ON THE PLANS AND
 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ARE ANYTHING BUT CONSISTENT IN
 IDENTIFYING WHICH BUILDING YOU ARE SEEKING TO PERMIT.
 PLEASE REVIEW AND REVISE THE TITLES ACCORDINGLY.
