 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY,
 LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD. *** THE SURVEY THAT HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED IS DATED 8/4/09. THE SUBMITTED SURVEY SHOWS A
 PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADDITIONAL ROW AND IS NOT CLEAR
 AS TO WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE IS. THE UPDATED SURVEY
 MAY BE A SPECIFIC USE SURVEY JUST FOR THE LIMITS OF
 WORK FOR THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF A NEW FENCE AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE MAY ONLY BE FOUR FEET. A VARIANCE
 APPROVED IN 2010 PERMITS A SIX FOOT HIGH FENCE SET BACK
 10 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. A SEVEN FOOT FENCE
 WOULD NEED TO BE SET BACK 25 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE. BARBED WIRE IS COUNTED IN THE FENCE HEIGHT.
 ***CLEARY ANNOTATE THE DIMENSION OF THE VARIOUS FENCE
 HEIGHT SECTIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. SEE COMMENT NO.
 1 FOR WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR ZONING TO VERIFY THE
 LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3) USE ONLY ONE HIGHLIGHT COLOR FOR EACH SECTION OF
 PROPOSED FENCE. THE SUBMITTED PLAN SHOWS BOTH YELLOW
 AND PINK IN THE SIX (6) FOOT AREA.
