 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 3) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE PROVIDE A DEMO SHEET OR PROVIDE
 A EXISTING LAY OUT AND WHAT IS NEW FOR COMPARISON. THE
 INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT (15110848) WAS DESIGNED UNDERTHE
 SAME ARCHITECT. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE ELEMENTS REMOVED
 UNDERTHE DEMO PERMIT THAT WILL CONSTITUTE NEW WORK AND
 HAVE TO COMPLY WITH: 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL
 II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 ONE AREA IN QUESTION IS THE REMOVAL OF STAIR LABELED
 D-8. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) COMPLIED. PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR PLATFORM
 CONSTRUCTION INCOMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 410.4 WHERE
 THE PLATFORMS ARE NOT MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM)
 ABOVE THE MAIN FLOOR, AND NOT MORE THAN ONE-THIRD OF
 THE ROOM FLOOR AREA AND NOT MORE THAN 3,000 SQUARE FEET
 (279 M2) IN AREA.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. THE AREA OF RAISED PLATFORM INTHE UPPER
 PORTION OF THE PLANS INDICATES A RAISED PLATFORM WITH
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 50AND WITH ONLY 1
 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS(RAMP). WITH THE REMOVAL OF
 STAIR TO THE LEFT PORTION OF THE RAISED PLATFROM (STAIR
 D-8 ON DEMO PERMIT) THE 2ND ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS
 CAN NOW BE BUILT WITH THE 2ND RAMP ANS
 REQUIREDHANDRAILS. SHEET A6 SHOWS (2) RAISED PLATFORM
 DINING AREAS UPPER PORTION OF THE PLANS BY THE MAIN
 ENTRY THE OTHER TO THE LOWER PORTION OF THE MAIN ENTRY.
 IN BOTH DINING AREAS THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS GREATER THAN
 50 AND WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 207.1 MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1003.2.13 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000 EDITION AND 2001
 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE INTERNATIONAL
 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION). THE LOWER PORTION IS NOT
 BEING TOUCHED, UNDER THE EXISITNG BUILDING CODE LEVEL
 II ALTERATIONS THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 BEING SAID, IT DOES NOT RELIEVE THE OWNER FROM A
 BARRIER FREE DESIGN UNDER THE ADA AND LIABLE TO LAW
 SUIT.

 EGRESS IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM
 ANY ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE
 SPACE SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF

 THE ACCESSIBLE SEATS AT A SERVER POINT OF SALE STATION
 AND NOT IN THE DINING ROOM. THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SEATING IN THE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA.THE
 PRIVATE DINING ROOM OR INTHE BOOTH AREAS AS WELL AS THE
 HIGH TOP SEATING ADJACENT TO THE BAR.

 ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE SEATING REQUIRED. 902.2 CLEAR
