 (B) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 AS REQUIRED BY
 GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: SELECTED ASSEMBLIES THAT HAVE GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN NOT BE USED BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW ENGINEER
 CALCULATIONS. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #9 ON LAST PAGE OF
 NOA SUBMITTED. NEED THE CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION

 IDENTIFY HOW IS THE TILE GOING TO BE FASTENED.
 (A) IF IT'S NAILS OR SCREWS, THEN SPECIFY NAIL OR SCREW
 TYPE AND NUMBER REQUIRED. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING
 THE CALCULATED MOMENT OF RESISTANCE (SEE PAGE 4 OF 6 OF
 NOA SUBMITTED) TO VERIFY THAT TYPE AND NUMBER OF
 NAILS/SCREWS WILL WORK.
  
 (B) IF USING ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2
 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY FAC 61G20-3.002(33). NOTE: SEE
 NOA SUBMITTED FOR LISTED ADHESIVES.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. THE VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO
 $50,070. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $1135.20.
