 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SHEET 1.1 - AN INCORRECT REFERENCE TO THE FIRE CODE
 IS INDICATED.
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 5TH EDITION OF FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE INCLUDING
 THE 2012 EDITION OF NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 AND ALL OTHER
 APPLICABLE CODES OR STANDARDS.
 FIRE SPRINKLER WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF NFPA 13, 2010 EDITION.
 FIRE ALARM WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 NFPA 72, 2010 EDITION.
 CONSTRUCTION WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 NFPA 241, 2009 EDITION.
 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF NFPA 10, 2010 EDITION.
 ELECTRIC WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 70, 2011 EDITION.
  
 A RE-REVIEW OF THE DESIGN MAY BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEWER EDITION OF THE CODE.
  
 2. SHEET 3.1 - TWO OVENS ARE INDICATED. NO REFERENCE IS
 INDICATED AS TO THE TYPE OF COOKING IS INDICATED. ALL
 COOKING EQUIPMENT SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 1 CHAPTER 50
 AND NFPA 96.
  
 3. SHEET 3.1 - THE PROPOSED PLAN INDICATES ONE EXIT
 FROM THE OCCUPANCY. PLEASE PROVIDED JUSTIFICATION IN
 COMPLICANCE WITH NFPA 101, CHAPTER 36, 36.2.4.3 AND
 36.2.4.4 OR PROVIDE A SECOND EXIT TO THE OCCUPANCY. THE
 ENTIRE BUILDING OCCUPANCY IS NOT A MALL OR 2ND FLLOR
 CORRIDOR IS NOT MALL PEDESTRIAN WAY.
  
 4. SHEET 3.1 - THE PROPOSED PLAN INDICATES A NEW 1-HOUR
 WALL AT THE REAR OF THE KITCHEN AREA. THIS CREATES A
 NEW SPACE/CORRIDOR. PLEASE PROVIDE A STATEMENT
 INDICATED THAT THIS SHALL SHALL ALSO COMPLY WITH ALL
 APPROPRIATE CODE AND STANDARDS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO, FIRE SPRINKLERS, EXIT AND EMERGECNY
 LIGHTING, EXIT DOOR HARDWARE, ETC.
  
 5. ADDITIONAL COMMNETS MAY BE GENERATED ON RE-SUBMITTAL
 OF THE ABOVE.
