 1. PREVIOUS COMMENT #2 WAS NOT ADDRESED. THERE WAS NO
 SURVEY INCLUDED IN THE RESUBMITTAL AND SOME OF THE
 PROPOSED LIGHTS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 ENCROACH INTO 47TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. PLEASE CONTACT
 ENGINEERING SERVICES (561-494-1040) TO OBTAIN AN AERIAL
 ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT IF THERE IS NOT ALREADY ONE FOR
 THE PROPERTY AND PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF SUCH
 AGREEMENT WITH THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PREVIOUS COMMENT #4 WAS NOT ADDRESSED CORRECTLY. IT
 IS UNCLEAR WHERE THE 10% GLAZING REQUIREMENT REFERENCED
 IS COMING FROM. THE BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED 70% GLAZING REQUIREMENT ALONG THE STREET
 FACADES. THE SITE IS NON-CONFORMING IN RESPECT TO THE
 GLAZING REQUIREMENT SO THE BUILDING CAN NOT DECREASE
 THE AMOUNT OF EXISTING GLAZING PROVIDED UNLESS A
 VARIANCE IS OBTAINED. THE PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE THAT
 THE AMOUNT OF GLAZING IS NOT DECREASING AND NEW WINDOWS
 ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BMUD ZONING REGULATIONS -
 ZLDR SEC. 94-221(D)(5) AND ZLDR SEC. 94-221(D)(6)(C)
 AND (D).
  
 3. PREVIOUS COMMENT #5 WAS NOT ADDRESSED. PLAN DID NOT
 INCLUDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN AS STATED IN THE COMMENTS.
  
 4. LINE OF SITE DETAIL PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT ALL
 ROOTOP EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET IS
 GOOD EXCEPT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE
 HEIGHT OF ANY OF THE ROOF EQUIPEMENT BEING INSTALLED.
 PLEASE CONFIRM THAT NONE OF THE ROOFTOP EQUIPEMENT TO
 BE INSTALLED WILL BE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET [PREVIOUS
 COMMENT #6].
  
 5. ALL GENERAL COMMENTS PROVIDED IN THE LAST REVIEW ARE
