 THESE DOCUMENTS WAS THE 2010 FBC. PLEASE NOTE JUNE 30/
 2015 STATEWIDE THE 5TH EDITION OF THE FAMILY OF FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE (FBC 2014) WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE.
  
 1B) THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA INDICATES THIS STRUCTURE
 IS IN A WIND ZONE OF 175 MPH. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER
 THE 2014 FBC-B CATEGORY II BUILDINGS LIE IN A 170 MPH
 VULT WIND ZONE. SEE 2014 FBC-B FIGURE 1609A.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 BUILDING TYPE & OCCUPANCY:
 2A) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS LISTED THE OCCUPANCY AS
 A R3 -SINGLE FAMILY. UNDER THE BUSINESS TAX FOR THIS
 ADDRESS IT IS LISTED FOR 10 APARTMENTS MAKING ALL
 DWELLING UNITS A R2 OCCUPANCY. 2014 FBC-B 310.4
  
 2B) IT APPEARS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN EITHER THE
 SCOPE OF WORK OR IN THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION THAT IS
 TAKING PLACE UNDER THIS PERMIT. SCOPE OF WORK LISTED IN
 THE PLANS MAKES IT SOUND AS THIS IS A LEVEL 1
 ALTERATION :
  
 2014 EXST. BLDG. CODE 503.1 SCOPE. LEVEL 1 ALTERATIONS
 INCLUDE THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OR THE COVERING OF
 EXISTING MATERIALS, ELEMENTS, EQUIPMENT, OR FIXTURES
 USING NEW MATERIALS, ELEMENTS, EQUIPMENT, OR FIXTURES
 THAT SERVE THE SAME PURPOSE.
  
 WHERE AS THE PLANS INDICATE A LEVEL II ALTERATION :
 504.1 SCOPE. LEVEL 2 ALTERATIONS INCLUDE THE
 RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE, THE ADDITION OR ELIMINATION
 OF ANY DOOR OR WINDOW, THE RECONFIGURATION OR EXTENSION
 OF ANY SYSTEM, OR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY ADDITIONAL
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 WHAT PART OF THE TENANT SPACE IS BEING RECONFIGURED OR
 WHAT SYSTEM IS BEING ECONFIGURATION OR EXTENSION OF ANY
 SYSTEM, OR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY ADDITIONAL
 EQUIPMENT?

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
