| | FLAGLER DRIVE, TO MINIMIZE THEIR VISUAL IMPACT. SUCH |
| | MATERIAL MAY CONSIST OF SHRUBS AND/OR GROUNDCOVER USED |
| | TO DISGUISE THE UTILITIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE UTILITIES |
| | SHALL BE PAINTED IN A COLOR THAT MINIMIZES THEIR |
