 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN (SHEET A1.1) DOES NOT
 MATCH THE SITE PLAN THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE IPD
 APPLICATION:
  
  A. THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE IPD
 APPLICATION PROVIDED FOR A 30 FOOT SETBACK FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. ALL WAIVERS APPROVED ARE BASED UPON THIS
 SETBACK. ONCE THE IPD IS APPROVED, THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION CANNOT BE ANY CLOSER THAN 30 FEET UNLESS A
 MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE IPD IS SUBMITTED.
  
  B. THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE IPD
 APPLICATION IDENTIFIED THE AREA NORTH OF DUMPSTER AS
 FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES...THIS ENTIRE AREA DIFFERS
 BETWEEN SHEETS A1.1 AND SP-1.
  
 2. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION, AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED
 BY A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 WHILE THEY DO NOT AFFECT THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. ALL GATES THAT ARE TO BE LOCKED AT ANY TIME SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A KNOX PADLOCK FOR 24-HOUR EMERGENCY
 ACCESS.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE NEW WAREHOUSE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
  A. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ANY NEW GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
  B. REMOVE ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS FROM THE ENTIRE
 SITE.
